Neric Vs McAbby

"Is he here yet, is he here yet" Abby bounced up and down on the balls of her feet.

"No Abby, not yet" McGee said he was getting tired of Abby's impatience, as she ran back to the elevator.

"Remind me who's coming" Ellie asked McGee..

"A friend of Abby's from Los Angeles he is the the main tech at the La field office his name is Eric" he replied

"What's he like"

"I only met him once but he seems cool".

Suddenly they hear muffled voices and then a crash and they turn to find Eric on the floor lying almost onto of another woman with red hair.

"Sorry Eric, I tripped on that computer cable" they completely ignoring the rest of the people got to their feet Eric helping the redhead up.

"That's ok rockstar,it was my fault I was distracting you with the story about the Washington monument"

Rockstar Tony mouthed to McGee, but he just shrugged.

"Shhh Eric, not while we are here" The redhead said lowering her voice to a whisper. "I here their boss has done issue about the 'R' word".

Tony coughed loudly as to get their attention.

"Damn" Eric said noticing that the rest of the DC team had been listening the whole time.

"Beale" Nell inferred holding her hand in front of him. Eric handed her a dollar bill from his pocket.

"Umhmm" Tony cleared his throat again. When he had their full attention he continued. " Welcome to DC, Very Special Agent Anthony Dinnozzo " he extended his hand to Eric and winked at the girl. " You must be Eric and this is"

" Intelligence Analyst Nell Jones" if first impressions were anything to go by luckily Nell didn't. She did not like Tony a great deal but was reserving judgement.

"I better go get Abby, Eric she has been on edge all morning waiting for you to arrive" he said with a spot of distain in his voice. He headed for the elevator.

"Has anyone else noticed the glare from the skylight" Nell asked. Tony chuckled. "What's so funny"

"Nothing" Tony replied. While Tony and Nell were talking/arguing Eric slipped his hand round Nell's waist. Eric was not the most confident of people and all this open space and sheer amount of people made him nervous. Eric tried to concentrate on his shoes as not to send himself into a panic attack but had not noticed McGee return with Abby by his side.

Abby noticed Eric's hand around Nell's waist and felt glad. Eric needed to find someone and it was clear they had.She decided to go for a quick hug, instead of her usual running nearly knocking the person I've hug. She didn't want Eric's girlfriend to get the wrong idea.

"Abby Sciouto, Forensic Scientist" Nell held out her hand for Abby to shake but was ignored as Abby pulled her into a hug. "I can't believe I am meeting the famous Nell Jones, every time I video conference Eric about a case he always spends at least 5 minutes after talking about you" she smiled being her usual friendly self.

"Oh really Beale" Nell said cocking an eyebrow at him playfully.

"Yep, you are my rockstar after all" he planted a kiss on her cheek making her blush. He no longer cared about office regulations he wanted to prove to them that he was move than a shut in geek.
