The weekend finally ended and I was back at school. Sometimes I forgot that I had academic obligations amidst all of the eventful things happening in my life.
I anticipated for communications to be slightly tense and awkward with Namjoon, but it was thankfully the opposite. He was still friendly and social. I did notice, however, he spent most of the class conversing with Seokjin and limited interaction with me, which was understandable even though it slightly hurt.
Dance class with Hobi and Jungkook was on the lighter side since it was mainly spent forming groups and brainstorming possible choreo for our end of the semester big showcase. It was absolutely insane how quickly the semester had flown by and I couldn't believe my first semester at this new school was about to come to an end.
Hobi held the door open for me and Jungkook after our dance class had finished. Jungkook had his arm carelessly slung around my shoulders as usual while he told me his idea for a new tattoo or a new piercing.
"I don't know which yet for sure, but I just want another. It's fucking addicting," Jungkook sighed. "You should get one with me!"
"Me?" I asked incredulously.
"Who else am I talking to?" He deadpanned.
"Okay, attitude," I raised a brow. "Should I get a piercing or tattoo?"
"Either one. They would both fit you I think," He grinned widely.
I was actually considering this and was kind of down. "Maybe..."
Jungkook cheered excitedly and squeezed my shoulder tightly at my response, prompting Hobi to skip over and ask us what was going on.
We rounded the building's corner and my heart leapt seeing Yoongi sitting on a bench on his phone. He heard our footsteps and quickly stood up, awkwardly and shyly. He shuffled forward and gave me the cutest timid smile ever.
Jungkook whispered in my ear, "Down bad."
I giggled and covered my mouth with my hand. Yoongi looked at me with an expression that was curious about what the tattooed boy just told me but I waved my hand away, letting him know it wasn't important.
"Hey, hyung!" Hoseok greeted Yoongi with a cheerful bro-hug. "Let me guess, here for Y/N?"
Yoongi stuffed his hands into his navy blue zip up and slightly nodded. Jungkook removed his arm from my shoulder and slightly pushed me towards my man.
"Wow, Yoongi-hyung gets a girlfriend and it's as if we don't even exist anymore," Jungkook teased. "C'mon, Hobi, let's go. We're not wanted here."
"Jungkook—" Yoongi rolled his eyes.
"No, no... I get it... have fun, lovebirds," he dramatically sighed with a twirl and a wiggle of his fingers. He grabbed and tugged onto Hobi's jacket before drifting away with a slick wink directed at me.
"They're so annoying," Yoongi said once they were out of hearing distance, shaking his head.
"I think they're funny," I replied with a laugh.
"I'm funnier," he retorted.
"Debatable," I joked. He gasped and his fingers came towards me as if to tickle me in punishment so I quickly took my words back and confirmed that he was the funniest man I had ever met in my whole entire life.
Yoongi laughed in satisfaction and ran a hand through his hair, giving me a the sweetest look. "Come here." His arms opened up and I didn't need to be told twice as my legs instinctively moved forwards. He wrapped his strong arms around my back and I nestled my face into his chest.
