Yesterday was... I don't even know how to describe it. Unbelievable? Insane? It's hard to wrap my head around everything that Ethan told me yesterday, but I've seen some things which can't be explained any other way. I'm glad to have last night with my parents, another night of something normal, or as Ethan says, mundane. They woke me early this morning to say goodbye to me before they headed upstate to their training course. A training course that the Wolves set up just for my parents. With everything going-on in my mind, I am fully awake and ready to start the day. Today, I decide to take a little more care with what I look like since I know there are people watching me. As I walk to school, I can feel them watching me. I know Ethan assigned these Wolves for my protection, but it still feels creepy.

I managed to get to my first period class before the bell rings... social studies with, Mr. Roberts. Of course, Ashley is there with her copycats, eyeing me up as usual with a sneer on her face. I just smile at her and take my seat. Mr. Roberts arrives just as I sit down. I took notes for class, it seems the best way to keep my mind off everything. It worked, so well in fact that I decided to do the same thing for my Spanish and Algebra classes, and before I know it, it's lunch break. I really need time to think, I know Ethan is going to want an answer about me going to the Pack house, but right now I'm getting a migraine. Maybe I just need to eat something, oh my god, I think I'm going to be sick. As I run out of the cafeteria to the nearest bathroom, I can hear my heartbeat pounding in my head. I get into the bathroom and start dry-heaving over the sink. Next thing I hear is Ashley walking into the bathroom with two of her favs that I am calling tweedled dee and tweedled dumb... Really, does she need to be in the same bathroom as me all the time?

"Oh, you're in here. What's the matter, are you pregnant? Or are you anorexic?"

"That's not funny Ashley, and no I have a migraine."

"Oh, so then you won't mind if I put on some music while I fix my hair and make-up before gym."

She starts playing music and yapping away to tweedled dee and tweedled dumb; everything sounds so loud with my migraine and then with the bright florescent lights, I think my head is going to explode. All of a sudden, I have excruciating sharp pain in my temple. I can't contain myself, and I scream. The lights flicker like strobe lighting, and then they go out. Not even Ashley's music is playing. The pain is gone and I no longer feel nauseous, in fact I feel fine. WTF was that. Now it's Ashley, and the idiots' turn to scream and yell.

"Who turned off the lights! You caused a short and fucked up my speaker! Turn on the lights."

I don't bother answering Ashley, and leave her in the dark with tweedled dee and tweedled dumb. What the hell was that?

I grab an apple I packed from my lunch and eat it on my way to my last class, art with Mrs. Lea. Hopefully, she is here today. I'm early, and I bump into her in the hall.

"Oh, hi Mrs. Lea. I'm sorry about that."

"It's OK Shannon. Actually, I was hoping that we could meet today. There is something I want to discuss with you... in private. How about after class?"

"Sure. I have some questions, that would be great."

Art class was great, we discussed my favorite topic, ancient Egypt. There is so many things that she could have talked about, but she mainly focused on the hieroglyphics in the pyramids. I see Bree in class, I can't wait to talk to her. Of course, I can't wait to tell her about Ethan and I. Obviously, I can't tell her everything, but I can at least tell her about kissing him and waking up in his penthouse. Oh, and that she now has to follow-through with her bet, and make a move on Travis. I won't have time to talk to Bree today after class, I'll airdrop my number to her and text her later.

After class, I meet with Mrs. Lea. She makes sure that everyone has left and then she locks the door. Maybe this was a bad idea... She must have seen the look on my face, then she says,

"Don't worry Shannon. I am not going to hurt you. I just don't want anyone walking in. The other day when I gave everyone tea leave readings, I was dumbfounded by your results. I decided to take an emergency leave and go to my Coven for further support. Your reading was highly unusual. My Coven wants to meet with you. What Coven are you from?"

"Umm... Coven? I'm not sure what you mean?"

"You don't need to be coy with me Shannon, it's clear that you're a witch. A powerful one at that."

"I really don't know what you're talking about Mrs. Lea."

"Your cup results are no coincidence. I wasn't sure at first, probably because you wear contacts, but you're special Shannon and whether you pretend or truly don't know, you're a Witch and you need proper instruction before you cause someone harm or permanent damage."

"I'm sorry Mrs. Lea, I don't know what you're talking about, but I need to go now." I start to head towards the door, but then she says,

"You mean you need to go see that, Wolf? Yes, I know about him Shannon. You best be careful; Wolves usually have unpredictable behaviors and could hurt you. I can remember dating a Wolf or two from my younger days. I can't make you do anything that you don't want to do Shannon, but if you need help and some instruction, I can help you. I'm not the strongest White Witch, but I can certainly help you with a lesson or two."

At that I open the door and run down the hall. Great, my favorite class and teacher is a White Witch, is anyone from here actually normal?
