Dazai was laying on the wooden floor with your child, drawing alongside your child on stray pieces of paper he got from work.

"Your so good at drawing, baby," he said fondly, peppering your baby with kisses.

Your child giggled reaching up towards their loving father.

Dazai held their small soft hands in his larger rough ones.

"So angelic like you mother~"

He sighed. It had only been a few hours since you left for work yet he already missed you. He let out a groan and sat up to reach for the TV remote, putting on a random children's show to watch with his angel.

Your child stopped scribbling on the piece of paper and directed their attention to the bright-colored cartoon characters on the screen. They blinked at the screen before turning their head and started to crawl towards their father.

Dazai smiled picking them up and placing them in his lap as they both watched the TV. As the both of them watched, time seemingly went faster as they both grew immersed in the TV. Dazai had much fun watching his angel making cute little blabbing sounds and hand gestures. He looked at them, eyes filled with adoration.

It was already in the afternoon, Dazai had done his responsibilities rightfully so doing his duties as a father. He fed his angel the best thing he could find which was some mashed-up strawberries and bananas that you made in the morning, changed their diaper, and had naptime with them. Right now at the moment, they were back to watching TV again, this time watching an animal documentary.

The sound of the door opening made both Dazai and his angel light up like a light bulb.

"Let's go, greet your lovely mother~!"

He picked them up, bouncing them in his arms as he walked to the front door to greet you.

"Welcome home~" he smiled at you.
