No doubt he will make fun of you when you fail a class. Don't worry he'll help tutor you and buy you some desserts. 

If someone ever makes fun of you and you get hurt by it. Dazai would have a "talk" with them after school.

Making you sneak out with him. 

If you ever forget your food he will give you his. 

You having to save him from hanging himself on the schoolyard tree.

Getting teased by your friends/classmates

Takes you to the cafe near the school.

Doesn't show PDA often. He would secretly give it, like holding hand, light pecks. That is if he's around his subordinates and is on the job.
