C19: the past brings misery to the present
Alt. Title: wishing nothing but for you to be safe
The magician's expression turned darker upon those words.
"Speak," he started. "What is your aim by taking this one?"
"Isn't it obvious?" Aeternitas approached him, each step bouncing off the walls. In this room with no windows and only one entrance, the sound of his footsteps was deafening.
A hand extended towards the magician, grabbing a bundle of blue hair and caressing it with a thumb. Aeternitas brought it close to his lips, satisfaction written all over his face. "My aim is to own you."
It was the first time Idris felt fear towards another. It was also the first time he had ever despised someone to the extent he'd rather die than to be held by him.
An image of a youth with golden eyes appeared in his mind, causing Idris to bite the inside of his cheeks.
Ijekiel, wait for me. I have lost you a long time ago; I never want to part from you once more.

Silver glitters scattered across the night sky when a sudden pang of pain stung his heart. It woke the youth up from his sleep, cold sweat dripping down his chin as the white haired youth sat down. Moonlight filtered in through the gaps of the curtain, illuminating a certain room in Ruby Palace.
It shined upon a youth who had woken up in abrupt, the nightmare he had dreamt of long forgotten. Perhaps it was his nerves but Idris' voice seemed to echo in his ears.
Ijekiel Alpheus couldn't stop himself from being overwhelmed by such a dreadful feeling. Maybe he suffered anxiety from the separation. The uneasiness coiled around his heart, breathing becoming a chore all of a sudden.
Golden eyes reflected the moonlight, making it as if they glowed in the dark. Distress swirled inside them, the worry for a certain magician growing as time kept on ticking. "Idris," the name of his lover left his trembling lips. "Wherever you are; please be safe. Come back to me alive."

Thousands of years ago, several races existed in the world. Humans were not the only creatures who roamed the lands.
One of these races was the Dragon Race.
When the Guardians made Idris, they had the image of Winter in mind. They wanted him to be loyal and fierce, aggressive yet aloof, and wise and knowledgeable. They wanted him to be the perfect Guardian.
Thus, one of Idris' fundamental forms was a dragon.
But they never expected him to fall in love.
And to love his partner so fiercely.
.
.
Anastacius wanted to scream.
Just what kind of maniac was Aeternitas?
This was far from what they had been planning to do for several years!
He simply thought that Aeternitas was in love with Idris, something he deemed foolish when Aeternitas showed his interest. But that love of his was twisted and cruel, to the point that Anastacius wanted to rebel and chase the other out of his body; even if it meant not dying under that person's hands.
Dark magic.
Aeternitas kept using it to break Idris.
Idris who was sensitive to dark magic.
