Freddy and the Glamrocks (FNAF Security Breach AU)

Panic - Chapter 21

     

     Freddy roamed the halls of the dark hospital like basement. He looked through every window and door he found along the way. They must keep the lights dimmed night to conserve energy. It was almost completely dark, but the fluorescent lights still gave off a faint glow.

Unfortunately, Manon wasn't able to get any intel on exactly where Gregory would be held down here, so he needed to comb the entire place. Most of the rooms he found to be... alarming. Piles of scrapped and work in progress technology. Weird labs with odd fluids in jars. Strange diagrams of machines next to those of the human body. Along with some more horrifying images he didn't even want to think about again. He now knew for certain that Gregory wasn't lying to him. Blue Bonnet was doing something down here. Something very wrong. He thought back to all the missing children in the area and he couldn't help but shudder.

Eventually, he stumbled upon another guard in the basement. They seemed a bit more capable than the poor sap he knocked out upstairs. He needed to be cautious here. He watched the guard as they clicked on their radio and spoke,

"Vanessa, this is guard 021. Any progress on your end? I've got nothing here in the lab wing,"

Freddy watched him and waited for his attention to drift. He listened in on their conversation as the other guard spoke through the radio, "One of the subjects has escaped. I'm circling back to you. That dolt from the first floor hasn't been much help down here. He keeps whining and asking for camera perms. I finally gave in and just gave him the code,"

That perked Freddy's interest immediately. His watch wasn't able to access the cameras on this floor, so it was slowing him down significantly. If he could get that code, he could probably find the room where Gregory was held.

"You gave him the code?! Agh... fuck it, guess it can't be helped. Right, I'll stay put. Be careful," he responded before clicking his radio off. Freddy took his chance now that the guard was finished talking.

He lunged out at him from around the dark corner and tackled him to the ground. The guard grunted and struggled. The two fought briefly, he was definitely tougher than the blonde guard he had taken down earlier. Despite that, Freddy still had the upper hand and managed to knock him out without roughing him up too badly. He apologized profusely in his head as he dragged the guy into a lab storage room and locked the door with his security card. He also swiped the guards radio and taser. Can never be too prepared.

The female guard named Vanessa had said that she was going to circle back around... and she had the code for the cameras. It was 1 am, at the rate he was going, it would take him too long to find Gregory in the maze of halls and rooms. He needed that camera access code. He decided to set a trap here and lie in wait for her. If he was lucky, she would fall right in like a fly in a web.

He raided one of the labs in the area for a long wire. He then hooked it behind one of the doors and connected the other end to an adjacent door. He was able to create a jerry-rigged tripwire in the hallway. He tested it with his flashlight and he wasn't able to see the wire until he was right in front of it. He briefly marvelled over his handiwork before hiding in one of the labs with a window into the hallway.

A few minutes later, the female guard appeared. She walked right up to the wire. Freddy's heart rate spiked as he watched her getting closer... closer.. closer... wham! She fell for it! He rushed out into the hall and charged up the taser.

"Sorry about this," he said before tasering her. She spasmed for a moment before turning limp on the cold floor. He quickly looked through her pockets for any kind of info on a key code or anything. He checked her notepad and found some strange notes, but he focused on scanning for numbers. He eventually found 3 codes. He ripped the page out and stuck it in his pocket. He then gave her notebook back to her because he didn't want to steal it. There was some pretty personal stuff in there. After returning the 'prized' possession, he dragged her into a seperate lab storage room and tied her up with the wire.
