Sam's POV
"Why'd you kill her?"
"I didn't." I answer.
"Why'd you kill her?"
"I didn't."
"Why did you kill her?!"
"I didn't!"
I'm in interrogation. Such a shame. I almost, almost made it a year without being accused of murder. He sighs.
"Ok, where were you between 10 pm and midnight, Tuesday?" He asks.
"Ah, asleep. My doctor told me I don't get enough sleep, so now I've got to go to bed at 10 pm."
"It says here you've got a wife and daughter. Perhaps you told them you were going to bed then slipped out the bedroom window."
"The windows in the bedroom have a fly-screen. You can't jump out."
"Maybe your wife is in on it."
"Nah. Michelle's never do something like that, out of cold blood. And I wouldn't either. But she was at a friends house that night. And yes, that can be verified."
"Ok. Fine. Maybe you're just lying to me. You tucked your sweet Kamran in, then jumped in the car and drove off to kill Lieutenant Montgomery."
"I didn't! Jeez, you must really want me to be guilty. You're making up scenarios and accusing me of something that I never did. You seem utterly convinced that I'm a murderer, without listening to me. What kind of an interrogator are you? Why do you hate me so much?"
"Because you killed an innocent woman, out of cold blood, in a vicious and violent way."
"Get this in to your head! I didn't kill her! A trained interrogator doesn't make assumptions. I. Didn't. Kill. Her."
"Then how did your DNA get on the victim's body?"
"I'm being framed!"
"By who?"
"It whom. Not 'by who', it's 'by whom'. And I have no damn idea! I didn't kill Lieutenant Jennifer Montgomery. Aren't you supposed to be investigating?! I bet you set me up. I bet you took my fingerprints and stuff off something I touched and planted them on the body to frame me. How dare you?!"
"Admit nothing, deny everything, make counter accusations." He chuckles.
"Why would I want to kill her anyway?"
" I don't know. You tell me. Maybe she was an ex. Maybe she threatened your job. Or maybe you're just a plain old psychopath."
"Honestly, why won't you listen to me? I'm pleading my innocence, you're just not listening. Because your an asshole. And an idiot. What the hell can I say to make you believe me?! That is the truth. Believe it or not, I'm not a murderer. You're not good at your job if you go around judging people, accusing them of horrible things and when ip they finally get to speak, you shut off your stupid ears and protect the idea that you're right. But you're so, so wrong. So wrong."
"You're really not helping your case by getting angry, psycho. I think it's enough to arrest you." He stands up. "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in court..." I stop listening. I hate this guy with all my gut, I hate him with passion.
"You judge people. I'm not a psycho. But man, judging people is almost as bad as killing them. Shame on you. I'm ashamed to have ever met you."

Deeks POV
"HETTY!! I CAN PROVE SAM'S INNOCENCE!!" I hear Eric call from upstairs. I watch her tiny legs carry herself upstairs as fast as lightning. I run up as well.
"The substance on the foot, was a drop of sweat-" Nell starts.
"Let me guess, it belongs to Sam." Hetty says.
"Nope." Eric says.
"We haven't got a match yet, but it doesn't belong to Sam, or Lieutenant Montgomery, so it must be our framer."
We turn around to walk out of ops, but we're stopped when we find a man standing there, pointing a gun at us all. I've seen him before. He was just recruited to work here in ops.
"Ah, Mr. John Palinski. You're our framer." Underneath the table I'm standing nearby, I press record on my phone voice recorder app.
"You're damn right. It would've worked, too. If I hadn't been so careless with the sweat."
"Why did you want Sam to get locked up. Why him?" Callen asks.
"He-he put my sister in jail for something she didn't do. I was just giving that bastard a taste of his own medicine." I remember that case, Sarah Palinski was seen on tape murdering an innocent elderly man. She wasn't put in jail for something she didn't do, she was put in jail for being a murderer. She didn't even deny it.
"How did you do it? His prints and saliva and even dental records were on the body."
"The apple he was eating the other day. He took one bite then threw it away, so I took it, copied the dental shape onto the leg. took the saliva and planted there as well. Then I extracted the prints and copied them onto the leg."
"But in doing so, you actually killed Lieutenant Jennifer Montgomery?"
"I did what had to be done. And that included offing her. Now, you've heard everything. I'll have to kill you all."
And a shot is fired. Just one.
Straight through the heart.
John Palinski's heart.
Luckily, Kensi wasn't with us in ops, she was in the bathroom. So I guess when he said that, she shot him. I stop the recording. This'll work nicely in Sam's favour in court.

Sooooooooo
I know, it was a darker chapter. But did ya like it? I've got to get up early tomorrow, so I've got to go sleep. Don't forget: you can comment suggesting on what you think could happen. If I use it, and it wasn't my idea originally, I'll dedicate the chapter to you. If I use that your idea, but I'd already thought of it, then I won't.
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
See ya bro.
Later homie.
Chow amigo.
Shalom.
Uh... Au revior? Is that hello or goodbye in French?
