I knew I had to do something but I wasn't able to move as fast as she did.

I hurried myself out of our reserved room to run after her. You know that feeling when you're actually rushing but it feels like you're still in slow motion.

Why am I even running after her?

I got out of the restaurant gazing everywhere just to see where she's heading, but I can't see her. Then the rain started to pour. Shit.

My car is in the valet. I went back in, the manager heading towards me.

"I need my car now." he nodded with my instruction.

I knew I couldn't wait and I had to know which direction she went. I went out again and one smoking bystander told me she ran right. Geez, at least a bystander was useful, Ki's security can't even help.

I ran through the rain but still couldn't see her. As soon as I stopped at the corner, my car was thankfully behind me. I am soaked.

I drove slowly, carefully looking at the street, she won't be hard to see if she's still walking or running..I hope she didn't get anywhere far yet. I drove the entire street now turning to the opposite road, after seeing a bus stop sign.

Just like what I thought. This silly girl is seriously slow running in the pouring rain? Is she really that broke? How can she afford a givenchy dress without having money for a cab?

And why the hell am I so concerned?

I beamed my light on her, she just stopped and didn't move..after a few more times, my patience ran short. I got out of the car.

"Are you insane?!" I scolded her before pushing her inside the car.

I hurried myself in too. I literally took a shower, my damn hair all messed up on my face. I brushed my hair back and removed my soaked blazer, and threw the Prada at the back.

And i am not done yet with scolding her.

"Are you out of your mind? Don't you really have money to even get a cab? You think this some kind of tv drama..running in a damn heavy rain for what? You think a lead actor will just pop up somewhere and grab you with an umbrella? Like what the hell? You can easily go back to the restaurant and wait..fuck.." I was catching my breath after saying those words to her..she was so shocked, I could just shut my eyes hard with annoyance..I am so pissed..

I was so worried.

She wasn't talking and I can feel her just staring at me.

My a**holeness still could not stop and even dared to ask her "What?.. Say something!"

And I knew I was really being an ass cause I got my own piece from her.

" well first of all no one told you to follow me..second i thought the rain won't get this heavy that's why I run..and third what does it matter to you if I was really waiting for a main guy lead to fetch me..and Fourth of All..stop scolding me! I don't know you and I don't need it!"

I felt like being fired by an M15A4 straight to my ears. I can't even look at her. But I know she was catching her breath from my side vision after fast rapping those rant to me.

I was so embarrassed with how I behaved..I hate saying it but "Sorry" I hope she heard me before restarting my engine.

Silence. Except for the sound of my car rolling down the road and my wipers.

Where the hell are we going? The question in my head was voiced out by her.

Home– that's what I immediately thought.. And that's what I also answered.

Yeah I will take her home. For now.

This is a headache. I know it, but I am so drawn to her I can't let her slip like that, especially with her shitty obvious issues I have no idea about.

I have never. And would never run after any girl.. For anything.

But here I am drenched in the rain, taking a girl home I waited for God knows how long from that random convenience store encounter till she shows up for a date I scheduled three weeks early.

Am I getting crazy?

I parked my car went out and headed to open her door.

Seriously? She sat with her bag on and did not even put on her seatbelt all that time.

I just shook my head in disbelief as I handed my hand to her–which of course she did not take.

I can't believe that she was just asking to live with me awhile ago and now she's acting like she wanted to kill me.

Ahh, I tapped the back of my neck a couple of taps thinking about all these scenes.

We just love silence. So we tried keeping that till we reached my front door.

"We're home!" I sarcastically said as I opened it.

"Welcome back" I added just to annoy her more.

I walked myself to the kitchen, threw my ruined blazer on the bar counter, opened the fridge and opened a bottle of Pellegrino. I looked at her while drinking, then after I offered her some too "Still or Sparkling? Voss? Pellegrino?" I gave her the options I have in the fridge. She isn't moving.

I leaned on my bar looking at her waiting for her to respond.

Andd..finally..

"I am confused," she said, yup still with her dripping stuff on. Dripping clothes, bag and damaged paperbag.

I moved and started to walk towards her while removing my shirt. Slowly one button at a time. Let me give this girl a tease, since all my troubles weren't paid properly yet.

She's getting scared like a cat. I smiled.

"Well you said, you wanted to live with me right?" and I popped the last button. I was about to reach her, removed her hoodie and slowly touched the strap of her bag.. when she nervously closed her eyes.

"Please please please don't.." For real, this girl is making me laugh..

I cleared my throat and chuckled as I continued to remove the strap and her entire bag. Then her hoodie.

"Don't dream too much, I was just removing your soaked stuff cause all your rain water is already on my floor..you may continue removing the rest on your own.." I walked past her and head towards my bedroom.

She's following me.

"Uhmmm, you don't have to do this..I can just change and go.." Again, when will this girl stop and give me a break..

"Let's save that conversation tomorrow..I'm tired..just change for now" I scoffed, as I continued to get in the washroom..

"Okay" she said..I sighed in relief, thankGod she realized she's tired too.

"Sorry excuse me" I heard her again.

"Yeah?"

"So where can I change?" she asked..

"In the bedroom" I answered.

"I mean which bedroom?"

"Baby, I only have one bedroom and you're already in it." I smiled as I heard her deep sigh out of frustration, and then move to the shower.

This is gonna be a long night.
