I was heading back to the safety of my own not one looking back or paying attention. Home, home, home. Suddenly I smacked into someone, looking up I noticed it was Juliet. She was out of uniform but that didn't stop her form looking concerned.
"Arabella? Slow down, what's wrong?" I looked form her to the park, Ivan was now stood Infront of the bench staring at me. feeling unreeved I grabbed the officer's hand and dragged her around the corner, so I had no view of him. She looked at me with a concerned expression as I left her go and turned back to her.
"That man in the park standing Infront of the bench? I think he is a podophile..." She looked at me alarmed; she peeked at the park her face twisting in confusion before looking back at me.
"Who?" she asked, I moved and peeked over pointing at Ivan. "That large man there by the bench, his name is Ivan Vanguard, and he is Mystic Jones farther. You know the odd family that live in the cabin in the woods?" I looked up at her. Her eyes were staring at me. her face had paled and even the pure white snow would envy the tone of white she went.
"Arabella, what do you mean?" she asked slowly, she voice was a bit shaken, but I assumed it was because I just told her there was a podophile in the village.
"I was sat beside him having a conversation when he made a pass at me." I explained. "I thin we were waiting for Mystic to come back."
"And you've seen Ivan and Mystic together?" she asked, I was confused but nodded in agreement all the same. Her questions don't have any relevant to what I just told her.
"Yeah... They live together in the woods behind my house. I explained farther hoping this would be enough to get her back on track. She looked back over at the park before looking to my eyes, she nodded her head and stiffly walked away from me.
"I'll handle this." She said in a tight voice, I reached my hand out to grab her.
"Officer Van..." I stopped, she continued to keep walking, but I stopped when the information finally clicked. Ivan Vanguard and Officer Juliet Vanguard, that's where I recognised his name from. Shit there relate clearly, and I just told her he's a podophile, there going to be gunning for me now.
Completely freaked out I took three steps backwards and turned bolting it for home, I no longer felt safe in this little village. I headed for him the tears my eyes produced blurred my vision but that didn't slow me down. As I ran my shoulder clipped another's causing me to stumble, I stopped and turned looking as what looked like a boy a year or two older than Enzo.
"Are you okey?" his voice was light and sweet as he reached a handout to me. I whipped my eyes and nodded to him.
"Yes, I'm fine sorry for bumping into you. I have to go." I turned and began running again before he could say anything more to me. I didn't stop running after that till I reached home. I hit the front door franticly unlocking it and slamming it behind me out of breath.
I slid down the door placing my face in my hands and murmured, I heard a cough to my left and looking into the front room where My mother and aunt were staring at me as the finished off the front room.
I got up off the floor without a word and walked off upstairs and into my room shutting the door behind me. I collapsed on my bed and screamed into my pillow at today's horrible events. What the bloody hell and I going to do? I heard a knock the door and looked at Enzo who had slowly opened the door.
"How you doing sis?" I looked at him confused; does he already know what I did? He sat down and looked at me. "Damian told me what he saw told." I groaned in annoyance and flopped back on the bed with a huff.
"Tell you boyfriend I am fine." I groaned covering my face.
"Are you fine through?" I looked over at him cross, he held his hands up in surrender and stood up. "I'll leave you alone. I'm here if you want to talk." I nodded and shoved my face in my pillow as he closed the door. What the hell man...
