Chapter 9

"Good morning how are you feeling?" she asked sitting up and looking at me with a smile, I should have knowns she would be down here waiting for me. I gave her my own smile heading in and making myself breakfast.

"Fantastic, Enzo's fat butt hogged the bed." I commented with a snort, she knew it was a joke but her face when I turned around to face her was full of seriousness. I rolled my eyes and sat beside her eating my cereal.

"Do you remember what happened last night?" she asked sipping her tea like this was normal conversation to have. I shook my head and looked down before looking up at her confused. I did remember, I just don't want to discuss it.

"You seemed to have had a nightmare or a hallucination." I slowly nodded my head

"Sorry mom, I don't remember it." I shrugged my shoulders as she sighed. She took another sip offer her tea

"I think you should start speaking with Doctor Mordovia again." I huffed and looked at there from the side.

"No mom, I don't need to speak with Cousin June." Mom tasked and started at me in annoyance before she called down and stood up to leave.

"Oh mom? The twins are talking to thin air. It was creepy as all hell." I heard her snort behind me and chuckled a little before turning back to me.

"Yeah, I think they have an imaginary friend. It's quite common, your brother had a dog name beanie and you" she stopped.

"I what?" I asked looking at her, she shook her head and smiled

"Nothing, you never had one you brother did though, dalmatian named beanie. Got him into all sorts of troubles." Mother chuckled again as she thought back on it, I snorted loudly laughing only to jump at a voice at the door.

"Really, you two are going to take the mick out of me?" I laughed as Enzo entered the room, Mom shook her head and headed out leaving me and Enzo alone.

"Hey Enzo?" he hummed loudly while making a sandwich. "Did I have a imaginary friend?" I know my mother likes to hide things from me, my brother had stopped all movement. I thought for a moment I had broken him before he sighed.

"What did mom say?" he still hadn't turned to me, I repeated the conversation from earlier and he nodded. "Just believe her on this one Bella, mom knows best."

I let out a puff before standing up. "You're keeping secrets now too? Screw you." I growled, I stormed off upstairs. I sat on my bed for a moment before looking at my phone, 1 new message from Ellie.

Relief flooded my veins, opening it all the read in the message was HELP! I looked up as the bedroom door opened. "Hey sis, look I'm sorry that" she started jumping up I hugged him.

"Never mind that she messaged me!" I showed him my phone, he looked at me confused before looking at it.

"There's nothing there." now it was my turn to look confused. I took the pone back and looked at where the message wants were.

"No t-that can't be I Saw it!" I started to yell. I shoved Enzo off me when he tried to calm me down. "I'm going on. I'm losing my mind."

"Wait!" I stopped and looked at him, raising and eyebrow here looked at the door and closed it before looking at me. "I-I Urm... I have a boyfriend and he is gong to be here any minute."

I gave him a sweet smile. "Well, you will have the house to yourself, mom's gone out with he twins and Arlo and I'm heading out. Want me to stay out for a little while?" he blushed and nodded his head. "Okay then."

I winked at him before opening my bedroom door and leaving him there, my brother never usually does boyfriend, so this was cute. I shook my head as I head down the stairs grabbing my black waterproof coat with the fluffy lining.

I stretched out my sore body before placing the heavy coat on, I puled open the door yelling behind me I was leaving and came face to fist with something hard falling on the floor. Falling backwards I fell flat upon my ass, Looking down confused I wiped my nose on the back of my hand to make sure it wasn't bleeding.

"I am so sorry!" A voice chimed, I felt someone kneel in front of me. his handsome smooth face was full of worry as he looked me in the eyes. He had wild black hair and pale blue eyes, I shook my head and smiled accepting his hand as he helps me stand up.

"You must be Enzo's boyfriend." I said, I slapped my mouth blushing for my outburst, the boy nodded scratching the back of his head.

"My name is Damian." He looked me up and down. "Arabella, right?" I put a serious face on

"My brother has spoken about me." he nodded and looked worried. I took a step back and faced the stair. "OI Enzo! Mouthy get your fat butt down here!" suddenly we heard stomps from upstairs.

"what the fuck do you want bi.." she paused has his foot hit the top step with a bang as he noticed the skinny lad beside me. I smirked up at my older brother, nervously he coughed and gently came down the rest of the stairs and to my smirking figure.

"Thank you, sister." He said not taking his eyes of Damian. He gestured Damian to head up the stairs first and as he did, I pulled my brother down by the collar.

"Be safe big brother." I let go over his stop and chucked as his bright red face watched me leave him stood there speechless. Walking out of the door I closed and locked it behind me before stretching out. I headed over to the woods to where Myst lived as I thought I would see her today. When I got to the tree line I stopped, every sense I owned was on alert and my stomach churned like the other day.

Scared I was going to be sick if I staid or went any farther in, I took a couple of steps back before turning my back on the woods and heading over to town. Hopefully she's already out.
