I could be a better boyfriend than him. I could do the shit that he never did. Up all night, I won't quit. Thinking I'm gonna steal you from him. I could be such a gentleman. Plus all my clothes would fit.

Was it selfish to be glad the hunter was on Sorgan?

It remained in Alaina's head for a while. She felt guilty for somewhat being happy there was a hunter on Sorgan. After all, no one got hurt and she was back on the Razor Crest, but it haunted her to be glad about something when something else, something terrible, could of happened. She stared down at the child sleeping, his little cheek rested against her shoulder and his little mouth letting out soft snores. While she wasn't sure about much, she was just glad they were still all together.

If her entire life now revolved around living with the silver beskar bounty hunter and little green child in a floating hunk of junk, she would be satisfied to say the very least. Kissing the top of the child's had, she carefully placed him into the little compartment Din kept him in tucking him all around with a blanket and smiling when he let out a small yawn. Closing the compartment, she climbed up the ladder to the cockpit and knocked before entering seeing Din was still flying the ship while looking at some gears.

"He is down and asleep."

He turned to her with a nod,"Thank you"

" He was stubborn." She chuckled taking a seat behind him." Kept playing with my hair until he eventually knocked out."

Din chuckled as well," Sounds about right." He said placing the crest on autopilot and turning around to face her." Wanna play Gin?"

" Din, do you like our little card game?" She teased getting up and grabbing the crate they used before to be their table.

He mirrored the same smile," Maybe." He said grabbing the cards to shuffle." Can we ask questions at the same time?"

" Sure." She chuckled amused that he liked the game so much." You go first?"

" Who was your first crush, and where are they now?"

" Oh, going into detail." She said thinking back as her memory would go." Um, my first crush was Aletta. I met her while running in the streets. She was adopted by some Naboo family."

Din blushed," So you like girls?"

" I go both ways, Din." Alaina corrected grabbing her deck of cards." Do you like the kid more or me?"

" That's not fair."

" How's that not fair?" She asked curiously and without even seeing his face, she could tell her was smirking." It's the kid isn't it?"

" Maybe."

Alaina tilted her head smiling," He is adorable."

" And more likable." He teased causing her to gasp.

" Shut up!" She laughed punching his arm lightly.

Din liked the sound of her laugh. How it filled the room like a symphony and held every key note of amusement. He liked how when she laughed her dimples started to show and her eyes crinkled. He liked that even after she was done laughing, she still smiled with the lingering amusement.

" What's the craziest thing you've ever done?" He asked placing a card down and flipping the next one.

Alaina pointed around her," This."
