Recap:
"Who do you want to take you up stairs to help you pack?" I asked even though I already knew the answer.
"RYDEL!!!!" She yelled. "LETS GO!!" Rydel yelled. As they went up the stairs I went to go and sign the papers. This is the best day of my life. The day I adopt my daughter...
Present Time:
Rydel's Point Of View
After we had discussed with Riker we all agreed that Hailey was the one that we were going to adopt.
As I took her upstairs to her room I noticed that there were two beds. "Hey Hailey why are there two beds in your room?" I asked her as I sat down on one of them.
"Well one used to belong to my best friend Megen..." She seemed upset as she trailed off.
"What do you mean used to?
"Well today she got adopted by Shawn Mendes so I don't think that I will ever see her again"
"Well what if I told you that I know Shawn and could probably help set up a day where once or twice a week you could hang out and play with Megen?"
"I would tell you that you are the best mommy in the whole world!" She screams hugging me.
Did she just call me mommy? Oh my freaking stars! she just called me mommy! " Hailey sweetheart did you just call me mommy?"
"Ya... You are aren't you?" She asked me as she runs up to me. "If you want me to be baby" I say hugging her "Now let's hurry up and get you packed before the boys get mad."
After they pack (A/N: sorry I'm lazy)
Hailey's Point of View: Rydel and I were walking downstairs when something caught my attention, it was Riker... and he was signing something.
"Mommy what is Riker doing?" I ask Rydel calling her mommy again because I know she loves it.
"Sweetheart I think that he is signing adoption papers because we are taking you home to live with us!" Rydel squeals.
"Yaaaaaa I get to live with mommy!" I yelled. Ross, Rocky,Riker,Ryland,and Ratliff all look at me shocked. "What?" I ask as I wrap my arms around Rydel.
"Did you just call Rydel mommy? Before you called me daddy since now I actually am?" Riker asked taking me away from Rydel.
"Ya because isn't she my mommy and your my daddy?" I ask him
"Well I guess you can call her that but I'm your dad." Riker says as he sets me on the floor.
I walk over to Ross,Rocky,Ryland,and Ellington. "and your Uncle Ross, Uncle Rocky, Uncle Ryland, and special Uncle Ellington." I giggle
"Well why does Bratliff have to be so special?" Uncle Ross asks.
"Because even though he's not related to any of you he's still family so he's special." I tell him.
"Oh well ok."Uncle Ross says. Riker -I mean Daddy- picks me up and takes me to the car. "So my princess who do you want to sit by?" He asks me
"Hmmm I definitely want to sit by mommy but how about-" I cut myself off. "Whats up princess?" Uncle Ellington asks.
"I want to sit by both mommy and daddy but... daddy said he has to drive." I say sadly. "Princess if you want me to sit by you then ummm well I guess Ross could drive if he wants to."
"Really?! Your going to let me drive!?" Uncle Ross asks.
"Yes you can drive because I can't say no to that adorable face." Riker said looking at me and picking me up.
Everyone got into the car and Uncle Ross started to drive. "Mommy when we get home, who am I going to sleep with?" I ask Rydel.
"Well sweetheart you can sleep with whoever you want... So who do you want to sleep with on your first night at home?"
Rydel's Point Of View:
I was playing on my phone when Hailey turned and asked me a question. "Mommy when we get home, who am I going to sleep with?"
"Well sweetheart you can sleep with whoever you want... So who do you want to sleep with on your first night at home?" I asked her even though I already knew the answer.
"Well can I sleep with mommy..." "sure sweetheart" I cut her off. "and daddy?" She finished.
Riker and I looked at each other. I gave him a look that he could easily read.
"Ok sure princess... you can sleep with both mommy and daddy." Riker spoke up after a bit of obvious hesitation.
"Yaaaaaaa!!!!!" Hailey screamed
"Hailey honey you have to be quite so I can drive... you can't scream." Ross tells Hailey softly and calmly.
Hailey started pouting so I whispered in her ear quietly, "Hailey sweetheart don't pout ok..." she was still pouting so I whispered again.
"Please baby for mommy?"
"Ok..." Hailey said and stopped pouting.
When they get home
Hailey's Point Of View:
When we got to my new home Uncle Rocky picked me up and carried me inside.
"I'll take you shopping tomorrow to get you some pjs so for tonight your gonna have to sleep in those clothes that you have on now. " Uncle Rocky told me as he took me upstairs.
He carried me into what I'm guessing is daddy's room. I ran up to Riker and jumped into his lap. "Hi sweetheart." Riker said. "Hi Daddy" I giggled.
In a few minutes I heard another voice at the door. I'd know that voice anywhere."MOMMY!!!" I yelled knowing exactly who that was.
Rydel ran into the room. "What sweetheart what's wrong?!"
"Nothing I just heard your voice and got excited." I giggled.
"Ok how about we just go to bed." Riker said. I crawled into Riker's bed with mommy and daddy. Soon after I fell asleep.
