Second Person's POV
A week passed by since that day Manjiro "punished" you.
You had no choice but to tell him about the "stalker" who had been following you for two weeks straight to fix the misunderstanding. He was dissatisfied that you didn't inform him much sooner.
After that, Manjiro decided to walk you back home. He refused to see Kazutora escorting you again and insisted on protecting you instead. He would hide in any alleyway first to avoid being spotted by people.
You had to make up story to Kazutora and Chifuyu, telling them how Sumire reached a final decision to hire a "bodyguard" for you. You kind of felt bad to deceive them like this but you didn't want Manjiro to get caught.
You could not even believe Manjiro could find the time to walk you back home. You knew he was busy with his Yakuza work yet he did his best to find the time to keep you safe.
You love Manjiro so much.
