Jaemin watched as the rain stopped outside and the sun began to shine through the dark cloud. His eyes was drawn to the sleeping girl on the bed, whose small hand was clutching his, in need for him to stay.

Jaemin's gaze skimmed her bandaged cheek, where the wound was, and he felt bad for not being able to save her. He was hurt, and he was upset with himself. "Even in real life, Yujin-ah, I couldn't save you," he said softly, stroking her hair.

Jaemin flinched as her thumb brushed over his skin, gently glancing towards their interlaced hands. A small chuckle escaped Jaemin's mouth as Yujin's lips formed a slight smile. "Are you awake?" he whispered softly.

Yujin nods her head, her eyes still closed, and exhales a little breath. "It's not your fault, Jaemin," she said, tossing in bed in the direction of Jaemin. Jaemin gave her a glance; before gently opening her eyes, and their gazes connected.

His dark deep black eyes met her lovely brown eyes. "Your eyelashes are so long," she murmured, her voice scratchy from all the screaming she'd been through. Jaemin blinked, a faint smile spreading across his face.

"Are you going to leave me as they do Jaemin?" she asked, causing his smile to fade. His brow pinched as he shakes his head. "I'll never leave you, Yujin," he said firmly, his voice filling her chest once again.

"Only death do us apart,".

"Jaemin look!! I made a flower crown for you, "Yujin exclaimed as she ran towards him on a chair in his family's garden

"Jaemin look!! I made a flower crown for you, "Yujin exclaimed as she ran towards him on a chair in his family's garden. His mother trailed behind the girl, a big smile on her face. Sunday morning couldn't get any better than this.

With a cheeky smile on her face, she approached the boy who was seated and placed the flower crown on top of his head. The boy softly brushed her hair away from her face as he stared up into the girl's bright morning eyes.

Yujin bit her lower lip, attempting to keep a grin from appearing as she gazed at Jaemin. "You're so beautiful," she said as she brushed his hair away from his eyes. Jaemin's head was thrown back, and a little giggle escaped his lips.

"Oh well, thanks to me," a voice said as the two teenagers turned to see Jaemin's father. Jaemin rolled his eyes as he watched his father's playful face. Yujin laughed as the middle-aged man winked at her.

"Any plans for today?" his mother asked as she set a basket of freshly picked flowers on top of their garden table. Jaemin shakes his head as he watched his mother braid Yujin's hair into a perfect dutch braid.

"Why don't the two of you go to the town's new carnival? There's a lot of stuff down there, "His father, who was helping Yujin in making another flower crown, said. Jaemin watched Yujin's excitement as her eyes raced towards him.

"You wanna go?" he asked;  Yujin gives him a hearty nod. Her now-beautiful braided hair makes her appear cute, causing Jaemin to fight his inner conflicts. "Argh she's so cute," he screamed inside. "Seems like a plan," he suggests.

Yujin's house -

Jaemin parked his bike in front of Yujin's house, his phone in his hand. The sound of the door drew his attention to it as he saw Yujin, who was dressed in a pastel pink tanktop, a pink knitted cardigan, and a white high waisted  boyfriend.

Her hair was down, and she wore it with a white bunny hairpin. As she went towards him, Jaemin's eyes never left her. "Why? Do I look weird?" she asked peering down at herself. "Uh- no. You look cu-cute," Jaemin stammered.

Yujin's gentle chuckle sounded lovely to him. They rode his bike into town with Yujin who has become used to his menacing speed, to the point that she now enjoys it. Jaemin helped Yujin with her helmet after he parked in the lot.

"Is my hair ruined?" she asked when the helmet was removed off her head. With his gaze running over her hair, Jaemin shakes his head. "Thank heavens, I used the hairspray," she said, causing Jaemin to giggle.

The carnival was crowded, which resulted in several people colliding with one another. Jaemin drew her closer to him by lacing his fingers with her. "Stay close," he whispered, unaware to the red flush that had appeared on Yujin's cheeks.

"Jaemin, let's have that first," she said, pointing to a small booth having a variety of cute headbands. Her dainty hand drew him towards the booth, and her grin never left. They finally settled with each other's choices after a few tussles.

Yujin with an angle headband and Jaemin with a devil. Jaemin took a couple shots of her with his phone, and she whined, "Ahh Na Jaemin," as she tried to take it away. Jaemin, who towers over her, flashes a huge grin.

"I'll put it on my instagram," he teased as he tapped his phone. Yujin's eyes widened as she leaped to her feet and reached for his phone. Jaemin's smug grin annoyed her makes her lifted herself up by wrapping her arms around his neck.

Jaemin was surprised, forcing him to grasp her legs, which were wrapped around his waist. "Yu-yujin," he muttered, his voice quivering. Yujin reached for his phone with one hand while clutching his shoulder with the other.

Jaemin hurriedly slid his phone into his pocket, causing Yujin to exhale a loud huff. Yujin's eyes widened as she realized her position with Jaemin's both hands have kept her firmly in place."You're such a baby," he whispered.

Yujin's face was flushed red, and her gaze roamed aimlessly, looking for serenity in her pounding heart. "Look at the cute devil and angel," a voice remarked, making her feel even more flustered . "Put me down, Jaemin," she muttered.

"You remind me of a cat,"
