"You're seriously going?" Changmin asked his girlfriend.

Seeing how happy she was about the trip truthfully made him feel somewhat sick. She had never really been this happy about anything with him. "Yeah, why wouldn't I?"

"I don't know," he shrugged, leaning back on his chair. "You seem excited."

"I am," Hana nodded with a smile that shortly faded when she was met with a face that wasn't as sweet as the first time she saw it. "Is that a bad thing?"

"No, no," he denied, tongue pressing at the inside of his cheek. "What if you meet some nice European guy?"

"I'll ask him where the best place to eat is," the girl joked, watching as the boy seemed unamused. "Wait, are you worried about that?"

Changmin sighed, shaking his head before looking up at the girl. "Won't there be other schools on this trip, too? What if you fall in love with some German guy who has striking blue eyes and massive muscles?"

"That evidently isn't my type anyway," Hana motioned to the boy as he finally broke a chuckle. She reached over, taking his hand gently. "You don't have to worry, alright?"

He smiled gently, squeezing her hand. "Alright."

Silence overcame the two, but it wasn't unusual or strange for them. Usually, it felt more comfortable than this.

The girl bit her tongue as she thought of something to say, wanting so desperately to question him about how he ignored her texts and lied to her.

Every second Friday, they had a date night. Last week, he lied and said he didn't have much money left from his shift.

Instead, he magically wound up at Kim Sunwoo's party.

And speak of the devil. "We'll be late."

"Will we?" Changmin looked at his phone, then back to Hana. "Sorry, babe. We have soccer practice. I'll text you later, okay?"

Sunwoo stood awkwardly beside Haknyeon, a boy that Hana had also known for a long time. He wasn't too fond of her, either.

But at least he hid it with a lazy smile.

The red haired boy simply looked disgusted, keeping it traditional by not saying more than a sentence every time he opened his mouth. It was harder to speak when he saw her.

It was even harder when he saw how genuinely she would smile at his friend, especially after all she had done to him.
