"I don't know why he said that, babe," Changmin reassured the distressed girl before him. "Why are you worried?"

There was plenty of reasons.

"I don't know," Hana lied. "You're friends... I assumed maybe he knew something I didn't."

Her boyfriend shook his head, taking her hand in his. "I've never gave you a reason to believe that, alright? So don't think like that."

She wanted so badly to say recently he has, but instead she masked it with a weak smile before drinking her water.

"Besides," Changmin let go of her hand gently, leaning back on his chair. "You're making me feel like I have gave you a reason."

"I didn't say that," Hana shook her head in confusion. "I just wondered what he meant."

"But now you're making me feel bad, babe," he sighed. It was now his turn to look distressed. "I feel like I've done something wrong when it wasn't me who said anything. You've made me feel like you don't trust me."

The girl looked on in somewhat disbelief, but also in guilt. That's just what he wanted. "I didn't mean to-"

"Hey, Hana," a boy smiled as he approached the two. Changmin knew him to be Kevin from his science class. "And Changmin."

"Hi, Kevin," the girl looked on confused. "Everything okay?"

The black haired boy smiled nervously, looking towards a table at the other side of the cafe. "Myself and my friends were wondering if you'd join our study group for biology."

The girl felt flattered for a second, looking over to see curious eyes on her. She smiled, but Changmin certainly didn't. "We're kind of busy here-"

"I'd love to," Hana nodded contently. "Are you studying after lunch?"

Kevin nodded, the girl standing up as she gathered her belongings. Her boyfriend looked on in disbelief. "Are you just leaving?"

"There's your friends," she nodded towards the sour face of Sunwoo and a nonchalant Haknyeon. "Soccer practice today, remember?"

"Yeah, but I-"

"I'm sure you've got a lot to talk to Sunwoo about, yeah?" She forced a smile at the boy who glared at her.

He noticed a confused Kevin Moon from beside her, the two shoulder to shoulder although it didn't seem to surprise him.

"Have fun, babe," Hana nodded. "I'll text you later, okay?"
