The noise in the Mansion is probably not even close to the noise in the castle. The wedding will take place in both places. Is that extravagant? Sure. But my brother and now quite literally sister deserve the best.

"Everything is ready? We're sure right?" I'm shaking with nerves as if I'm the one getting married.

"You can be quite sure, ma'am. Everything is settled." Mrs.Vaughn manages to soothe my nerves for just a little while.

The entire Mansion is covered in pastel colors and flowers. Mer loves those. The lilacs are hanging from the ceiling, twisting around the columns. Some lights are hiding between the flowers and their sparkle is magical.

The ceremony will be held in the gazebo at the castle. I made sure they used the same flowers and lights there as well.

While the Mansion has a lake, the castle has a huge fountain. The fountain is to be filled with lilies and floating candles. The wooden walkway by the lake will also have candles.

Golden lights, sparkling diamonds, gorgeous flowers! Their wedding is otherworldly. I can't wait for them to finish up and finally see it!

I look over at the throne room, finding the door completely open, I decide to step toward it. I probably need to go get dressed but somehow this is more interesting.

I'm only inside with one foot when the door behind me closes. Loudly.

The sound startled me but the sight in front of me lessens it.

"Hi, beautiful." Raze smirks.

"Hi, handsome." I return his smile. "What are you doing here? It's quite dark and you're all alone. I thought you were still asleep with Arc."

He shakes his head, motioning for me to step toward him. He's sitting on the throne, his crown on top of his head and his outfit is extremely regal.

I frown, "You're already dressed."

"Yes, I thought I'd make your day less stressful by being ready."

I'm walking up the few steps to the throne and he hauls me onto his lap, catching my lips in a feverish kiss, his hand on my hip as he pulls me closer against his body.

When he gives me a moment to breathe, I giggle nervously, "You're behaving really odd... Are you okay?" My hand instinctively raises to his cheek, brushing my thumb over his cheekbone.

"I'm very much okay, my love. I just wanted some alone time with my wife. Everyone's stealing your time."

"Ah, that explains the eery door closing when I walked in."
