Chapter 15

Nova was laying back on the couch with Dean laying down and his head on her lap, both of them had fallen asleep while watching t.v. She woke up and seen Cass standing there making her jump which caused Dean to wake up.

"What the fuck Cass?" Nova grumbled.

"What have I told you about that man? It's creepy."

Cass then went on to say how he needed Dean's help, that the angel Samdriel has been taken. He told them where he could possibly be so Dean went over to his laptop and opened it to do some research but when he did he realized he still had his favorite porn site up so he quickly shut the laptop.

He told Cass that he saw nothing then opened it, tried his best to cover the screen as he closed the site from the laptop. Nova snorted back a giggle remembering last night when he had that site up.

Dean then went to work searching.

Cass looked around confused "Where's Sam?"

"Sam's gone."

"Is that why you're two were here together on the couch?"

Nova snorted then shook her head as Dean just looked at Cass, "That's not exactly why. Sam and me, we're not together anymore."

"Oh?" He cocked his head to the side "What happened?"

Nova sighed, "I don't want to talk about it. Let's focus on this angel who was angel-napped?"

"He was taken. There was no napping."

Nova giggled "No." She pinched the bridge of her nose, "Nevermind let's get back on track."

Later when they were in the car Nova leaned up and whispered in Dean's ear.

"I guess we need to remember to shut down the webpage so something like earlier don't happen again."

He smirked as he whispered back, "Well it's easy to do when we're both distracted."

"Very much so." She kisses his cheek then leaned back.

"So what happened between you two?" Cass questioned.

"Between Dean and me?" Nova asked and Cass nodded, "Well...Dean and Sam had an argument about Benny. Sam and me, we just fell apart." She shrugged, "We, Dean and me, were there for each other when we were upset. And things just kinda happened."

"Oh, so are you two together now?"

"Not really, we're still just friends."

"Exactly. Whatever you do, do not." Dean points at Cass, "Tell Sam you understand me? Please Cass. We'll tell him when the timing is right. And right now it's not right."

"I understand. I won't tell him, I promise."

"Thank you." Dean gave him a smile.

They ended up at Garths to check on how things were going with Kevin and to let him know they needed more of the demon bombs they had once gotten from them. Once Kevin told them what was needed Cass left to go get the supplies.

As they were waiting for him to get back Benny called Dean. Once they were done Nova walked over to him.

"Benny okay?"

"Yeah, for the most part. He wants to meet up after this case."

"Well good, glad he's still okay." She said and Dean just looked at her with a smile so she looked at him confused, "What?"

"Nothing really." He wraps his arms around her waist, "It's just that, that's what amazes me about you."

"And what's that?" She asks placing her hands on his chest.
