Scene 7: Drag Bar

The scene opens up on a drag event at the bar across the street from where a drag event is going on. Asher walks in and goes to the bar and just lays his head on the counter. One of the drag queens notices Asher and goes over to the counter.

Drag Queen: I'm not sure if you got the memo sweetie, but this is a party, not a funeral.

Asher: Kinda wish it was my funeral.

Drag Queen: Honey, you are way too cute to die. Queens like us don't have time for that.

Asher stays silent. The drag Queen asks for two drinks and slides one to Asher

Drag Queen: Alright babe. Talk. Who's got you down and don't tell me-

Asher: it's a guy

Drag Queen: What did he do, who's knee caps do I need to break?

Asher: He didn't do a damn thing. And if you break anyone's knee caps, it should be mine

Drag Queen: What happened doll?

Asher: I pushed the love of my life away because I was scared if I admitted my feelings, or if we started dating I would lose him. I started dating this other person in the hopes I would lose my feelings for Sam. But they really cared about me, I treated them like shit, and I still lost Sam because he said he needs some space away from me

Drag Queen: Pft, well I don't blame him.

Asher: ... What?

Drag Queen: Gurl, you basically were cheating. In both of their eyes. You were dating... What was the person's name?

Asher: Jasmine

Drag Queen: Right. You were officially dating them. But in your mind, you were dating Sam, so you kinda cheated on them. And to Sam, who I assume also likes you otherwise he would have been okay with you dating Jasmine-
