8. I think I want to marry you

2 months later...

Tobias's P.O.V.

I want to marry Tris. 

Zeke and Shauna just got married, Christina and Will are getting married next month. I find myself walking to Zeke's apartment. I knock on the door and he answers. He looks happy to see me and lets me in. We go to the window overlooking the pit. "How are you, man?" my best friend asks. "I'm okay. How are you ?"  He asked with a smirk on his face. I just nodded and he understood. "Zeke, I want to ask Tris to marry me. Can you help?" I plead. "I see the student has become the master." He replies, but I know he'll help. 

So, where to start? We went to the jewelry store and bought a ring. I put it in my pocket and Zeke asked me if I need his help for anything else. I thank him but decline the offer. I'm going to do this my way. I get a packet of note paper and go to Christina's apartment. She answers the door when I knock and I step inside the doorway. "Hi, what's up?" She asks. "I'm going to propose to Tris but I need you to get her out of the compound for a few hours. Christina smiles and nods.

Once, I'm down the hall I hear Christina on the phone with Tris "Zip-Lining!" She squealed I smile to myself and run down the stairs. I jump on the train and ride to Abnegation, hoping to god that I don't see my father. When I get to Tris' house, I ring the doorbell. Her mother answers, "Can I come in?" I ask and she smiles. "Of course, is Tris with you?" She wonders as she lets me in, I shake my head. "I wanted to talk to you and Mr. Prior." I explain. "He's not here right now could I help you alone?" "Yeah, I wanted your blessing, to marry Tris." I respond and she wraps her arms around me. 

"Of course... I know you love her more than anything in the world." I thank Natalie and quickly run out to get ready.Once I get back to dauntless I ran to the roof and set everything up, a dinner date. Then I heard the train coming back down below and I descended the stairs to find the love of my life.

Tris' P.O.V.

After I went zip lining with Chris (who was acting really weird by the way). We caught the train home, Katniss and Peeta were waiting for me on the "platform". We go have dinner then Tobias comes and picks me up. We go on the train to the ferris wheel and we get it working. We ride it all the way to the top where Tobias asks me to marry him. We head home on the train and when we get off I see my dauntless family all around me. "So, what did you say?!" Christina asks.  "Yes."

So, yeah. This is the end. There are a few things I wanted to say. 

1. I feel like the ending is rushed but I wanted to give it one. You're just going to have to imaging a better one.

2. I don't feel like I've done it justice with the ending but I was out of inspo fr this story.

3. Imagine they have kids and a happy life and all that.
