"Wait, you ran into Samada-san and Aikawa-san?!"

"Yeah, but nothing really happened back there."

Ayanokouji, Kita, and I are at the cafeteria eating lunch. She is currently asking me about yesterday's events.

"Still, what a coincidence for you to ran into them at the same place in the same time."

"Yeah, it was an experience."

Aikawa and Samada aren't really known to be seen after class nor to hangout with each other. Samada seems to be the quiet type in class with her earphones always on her ears. Aikawa always seemed to be annoyed with people all the time and is not afraid to show it. Both doesn't seem to be close with anyone in the class.

"If you think about it, our class really has a lot of loners. I thought it will only be Horikita-san but it looks like there's a few of our classmates that doesn't hangout with anyone."

Counting the three that was just brought up, there's also Handa that always seem to be sleeping and Takeshi, who became well known in class after that swimming race but surprisingly always decline any invites to hangout since.

Not to mention the ones that I haven't get to know better, we really do have a lot of lonely people in Class-D.

"Good thing I ran into Shizutake-kun back in the convenience store or I probably wouldn't have a group to hangout with."

"Same here, thank you Shizutake for inviting me that time."

I didn't really feel like I did anything though but hearing those words does feels good.

"By the way, Shizutake-kun. You're not the only one who ran into a girl yesterday, hehe."

A mischievous grin appeared on Kita but before I can ask, Ayanokouji interrupted.

"Before Kita-san says anything misleading, Kushida-san was waiting for me at my dorm yesterday to ask for help regarding Horikita-san."

Looks like Kushida is trying to use Ayanokouji to get close with Horikita.

"Speaking of Horikita-san, we also ran into Hirata-kun yesterday as we're leaving school. He was asking Ayanokouji-kun to tell Horikita-san to get along with everyone but he turned him down for some reason."

"Repeating what I said to him, Kita-san, it's all up to her if she wants to get along and Hirata-kun should tell her that in person."

"You know Horikita-san only really talks to you. Hirata-kun is just worried that Horikita-san might get bullied so you should've at least considered doing it."

Looks like the two of them had an encounter of their own yesterday. How thoughtful of Hirata to worry about Horikita but I do agree with Ayanokouji. I should probably cut in the conversation.

"Did you agreed with helping Kushida-san, Ayanokouji?"

"Yeah, she's planning to do the same thing we tried back in the club fair but this time at Pallet Café."

Pallet Café is at the first floor of the school building. A well known hangout spot for friends but going there alone will make you stand out a lot.

"You agreed to help Kushida-san but turned down Hirata-kun. Care to explain that, Ayanokouji-kun?"

Kita jumped at the opportunity to tease Ayanokouji after he foiled her earlier attempt but surprisingly, he didn't try to defend himself this time. I can't blame him though, Kushida is the type of person that is hard to turn down.

"By the way, I need a favor regarding this, Shizutake."

"What is it?"

"Hey! Don't dodge my question, Ayanokouji-kun."

We ignored the pouting Kita in front of us.

"Can you and Kita-san go somewhere right after class? Horikita-san will probably ask why I didn't ask you two to go with me and I need a valid excuse."

She did ask him the same thing before she agreed to accompany Ayanokouji at the club fair so it's fair to assume that she will consider that again.

"Sure. What about you, Kita-san?"

"Well . . . this is for Kushida-san's sake so I'm gonna forgive your rudeness Ayanokouji-kun and will gladly help out."

It looks like our afternoon plans has been settled then. Kita and I will probably decide on where to go later after class. We began to finish our lunch.
