Chapter 33:

"WOO HELLO ADELAIDE!" Ashton shouted as we passed the sign saying "Welcome to Adelaide" we drove through the neighbourhood until we got to the campsite we were staying at. Luckily it was only a five minute walk from the village we were in so I could find a doctors surgery. We turn into the campsite and park the camper near the entrance. I hop out breathing in the fresh air, it was nice being on a Road trip but being cooped up in a van for a long time makes you feel uneasy.

"Emilee lets go look t the info board!" Ellie shouts to me from inside the camper, when she finally exits we make our way through the camp and towards the main office that held brochures me panflips. We pass by all the hippie people with their the dye blankets and t shirts and guitars.

"You know I think Ashton is becoming a really tumblr hippie" Ellie says, I chuckle at the thought of Ashton with really long hair and the dye t shirts.

"And I only think that just because of This road trip I'm being dead serious here" She said firmly making me laugh even more. We head into the main office and to the information board.

"Hey look there is a doctors surgery near by and a hospital in the next town if you need it which will only be about half an hour away" Ellie says tracing her fingers along the map. There were also a lot of diners too. American style.

"We should go to a diner for dinner tonight" I said and Ellie smiles widely and nods her head in approval. My legs began to ache, and I nearly fall over but Ellie manages to wrap her arm round me to keep me balance.

"You alright there sweetie?" I hear a voice, I turn around to see an Aussie woman around 50-60 years old standing behind the desk wearing an ACDC t shirt and blonde hair. I nod and smile at her.

"Well I'm Grace" she said. I instantly smile at the thought of my little girl back home, Liz called yesterday saying how well she's doing but she misses us loads. The woman hold her hand out to shake and me and Ellie both take it.

"My daughters called Grace actually, please to meet you I'm Emilee" I say shaking her hand and then wincing a little at the pain in my leg.

"And I'm Ellie by the way do you have any pain killers Emilees Leg aches quite badly" Ellie asks. Grace nods and heads into the back room, I look around the shop and see dream catchers hanging from the ceiling and an old record stand in the corner full of bands records like Nirvana, Blink, The Beatles. Then Grace returns and hands Ellie the pain killers.

"Here's your money" Ellie says as she reads the price, but Grace doesn't except it. I look at her confused.

"You two girls are to kind your still young spend it on something nice now off you go and have fun" She says smiling, I'm in love with her. I say thank you and then we leave. We begin to make our way back to the boys.

"She was so sweet oh my god" I say to Ellie as the camper van comes to view.

"I know right" She replies, once we get back I get a glass of water and take my pain killers. Then head outside to find Ellie and the others. But Ellie was just stood there by herself, where were the boys? Me and Ellie looked around but couldn't find them anywhere.

"Maybe they have gone to the village to try and find a take out place or something we should wonder up there" I say to Ellie and she agrees so we begin to make our way to the village. My legs began to burn with pain so I began to limp, we passed many take out stores but we couldn't find the boys anywhere, then we decided to check the cheese steak take out place and sure enough they were all there.

"Hey sorry we left you we went to explore" Ashton said running up to Ellie with his arms out wide, once he gets to her he picks her up and spins her round while kissing her all over her face. I turn to look and waddle over to him, he holds out his arms and lifts me up bridal style and spins me around.
