The soft brush of your lips on her forehead made a smile tug at Lily's lips before she slowly opened her tired eyes.

She caught a glimpse of you as you walked away from the bed and over to the closet.

She sat up in bed and closed her eyes with a yawn. She was trying her hardest to wake up to spend the day with you, despite still being sleepy.

"Morning." She mumbled and rubbed the sleep from her eyes as you turned around, looking surprised to find her awake.

You had on a pair of sweats and, to Lily's surprise, one of her shirts.

"Morning, my love. I thought you were still asleep."

"I woke up when the shower turned off. But I didn't open my eyes until after you kissed my head."

"Oh." You said and started to walk to her. "I'm sorry for waking you."

"Don't be." She said as she put her arms around you so she could pull you onto the bed.

You laughed as your back hit the mattress. She hovered over you, her lips brushing across your face, not leaving a single inch untouched.

"You're in a great mood this morning."

"How can I not be? I have the entire day to spend with my girl." She said as she put her forehead on yours. "And, by the way, my love, you look so darn cute in my clothes."

You shivered slightly as she whispered the words into your ear, another smile tugging at your lips as you closed your eyes and pulled her closer.

"I was thinking about wearing this today." She said as she looked into your eyes, the look of adoration in her deep brown eyes causing your heart to leap.

"Well, too bad so sad. I'm wearing it."

"I'm not complaining, baby." She assured as she put her lips on yours. "I like the way it looks on you way more than the way I look in it."

You rolled your eyes, knowing that you'd have to agree to disagree on that one.

She just grinned and kissed you again, her hands gently falling onto your cheeks as her lips moved against yours.

"You're so beautiful." She whispered.

"You're even more beautiful, Lily." You said back to her.

This caused her to shake her head with a chuckle before she leaned in for another kiss.

Her thumbs softly brushed across your cheeks as you held her close and relished in every minute of this beautiful morning with her, knowing that the entire day was going to be one of the best you've had in a long while.
