not to worry, i am in a safe place, i have a support system
that said, i dont want to censor those parts of my experience, as that feels dishonest in a way. this book is me sharing my most vulnerable thoughts and feelings, so i feel as though it only makes sense to include those parts of my life if they are relevant.
i put warnings in the titles of each chapter that includes any topics like that so anyone who might be affected can avoid those topics.
