Aurora

   "FUCK!" Axel ran out of his office with worry plastered on his face, "What happened?" He quickly made his way to me and cupped my face looking me down, "Are you hurt?" I sucked my bottom lip into my mouth trying not to laugh and Axel un-furrowed his brows then narrowed his eyes at me. "I'm fine, I just added too much thyme to the chicken" I giggled out and he took a step back from me crossing his arms and shaking his head, "You're gonna be the death of me princess" I smiled cutely at him and the corners of his mouth broke out into a smile. "Get back to work Mr" I shoed him out of the kitchen and he smirked shaking his head as he walked back into his office. 

   I finished seasoning the chicken before plopping the tray in the oven, then I started to make a salad quickly before jumping into the shower. After I got out I made my way to my dresser and pulled out a peach sundress and slipped it on before brushing my hair out. I walked out to the living area and opened the balcony doors to let some fresh air in and I lit some candles as Axel walked back out of the office. He came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me, pulling me flush against his chest. "You look beautiful" He whispered in my ear before kissing behind my ear. "Thank you, now go take a shower you smell" He gasped and I giggled turning in his arms. "Take that back right now" I smiled and kissed him before shoving him to our bedroom.

   "My heart hurts and it's your fault" He pointed at me walking into the bathroom and I laughed shaking my head. A knock at the door takes my attention and when I open it my mom wraps her arms around me. "Hi mama" She kissed the top of my head and I opened the door further to let her in. "Hi baby, where's Axy?" I smiled and pointed to the bedroom, "Taking a shower, he just finished up with work" She nodded smiling as she put her bag down, "How um, how are you feeling?" She rolled her eyes and sighed. "Aurora, I'm perfectly okay" I pursed my lips together and we walked to the couch sitting down. "It's been a while since I was here, the place looks nice" I smiled and thanked her and Axel walked out of the bedroom with dark jeans and a fitted t-shirt with damp hair looking so fucking fine. He smirked at me and my cheeks turned red.

   "Noel, how are you?" He smiled brightly at my mom as she stood to hug him with a matching smile. "Good sweetie, you? OH congratulations on your award" His smile grew and he thanked her. I stood and kissed his cheek before going to the kitchen and grabbing plates to set the table. Once I got everything prepared I went to take the chicken out of the oven when the door got knocked on. "Hot stuff can you get that?" He nodded, pausing his conversation with my mom to answer the door. "Hi hi hi" Maggies voice boomed through me making me smile. I set the chicken down and took the oven mitts off before going to the door and immediately getting pulled into a hug. "Hi guys" I beamed and Angelo ruffled my hair walking in. "I'm proud of you son" Axel smiled softly nodding his head. "Guys sit, I'll set your plates".

   Maggie took the seat next to my mother and they started talking about things moms talk about as I went to the kitchen counter and grabbed the tray and tongs. I placed chicken on everyone plate then placed the bowl of salad down before putting a canter of ice water on the table. After I sat next to Axel we all started eating and conversing. Majority of the conversation was about Axel and Evans award and how that night went. "So um there's actually a reason we had you guys over besides the fact that we missed you guys." Maggie and my mom side eyed each other and Angelo tilted his head. "You're pregnant, oh my god" My eyes widened at my mom and I turned to Axel who busted out laughing.

   Our parents looked at us confused and I shook my head smiling. "I am most definitely not pregnant mom jeez. Axel and I decided to start wedding planning. We want to get married by the end of next year" Both of our moms eyes widened and started to well up. Axel grabbed my hand smiling and I just shook my head. "Guys please" Axel and Angelo chuckled and our moms started wiping their tears. "I'm so happy oh my" Maggie said covering her mouth and Axel snickered making her scuff. "We'll help you with anything you need baby" My mom said smiling. We continued to talk about everything for a bit before our parents left and Axel helped me clean the table. "How we feeling?" I shrugged as I turned to him as he placed the canter of water in the fridge.
