"Uh, hi?" Hailee says.

"Hi!! Oh my, it's so nice to meet you finally! I've heard lots of great things about you! You and I are going to have so much fun together!" Alicia exclaims, causing my love to give a face of terror.

"Oh, I'm flattered. Thank you. Can we start slow? I just have a lot things going on at the moment."

"Slow? There's no time for slow. Everything'a fast, fast, fast around here! Look, I've already got your next two weeks planned out! You have shows around New York, then Boston, Washington DC, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia! I haven't even started on the west coast yet!" I roll my eyes and resist the urge to say anything.

"Wow, that seems quite busy. Perhaps we can tone that down a bit?" Hailee asks.

"No can do! Shows are already sold out! Wouldn't want to disappoint your fans!" Mr. Garren clears his throat.

"On that note, we have a few other things to discuss. Because you are going on a tour, you're going to need opening acts. I've take the initiative to make a selection for you, one of two. She's going to be Camila Cabello. I know she's a good friend of yours."

"Thanks you sir, I really appreciate that. I want Y/N as my other openin-" Haiz is rudely interrupted by Alicia.

"Oh, I'm not so sure that's a great idea. You need someone with more pizazz, like Shawn Mendes for instance."

"Look, I think Y/N would be great out there. It would help her get her name out there. Plus, I need my girlfriend with me right now. I can't do this without her." Hailee says, taking my hand in hers.

"Bu-" Mr. Garren cuts her off.

"Enough! Get to work Alicia. I need to have a private conversation with Y/N and Hailee." He motions for her to leave. She begrudgingly obliges.

"You as well, Meagan. Just for a moment." He says in a much softer tone. Meagan nods and exits the room.

"Now, would you mind telling me how long you've been seeing each other?"

"Truthfully sir, since just after the show ended. I'm sorry we didn't tell you sooner." I say. He sighs and rubs his temples.

"Look, the music industry is tough one to get in to and stay relevant. You know I want what's best for the both of you. So, I won't break you two up because I'm fairly certain that's not going to help things. Please, just help look after each other, okay?"

"Of course sir, thank you so much."

"No problem. Also, I've managed to push back your tv appearance until next week. Meagan! You can come in now!" On cue, she makes her way back in.
