Chapter 21

*DIANA'S POV*

I'm so happy, I've finally got two amazing friends, and my sister is actually having fun. We have been playing 'the weakest link' (of Phil's organisation) for over and hour now... I must admit Phil is definitely the one enjoying it the most, I think Dan just finds it adorable and Carly is actually having fun!! This is perfect. And it was definitely a different Christmas to every other year.
Phil sat down, he had the biggest, most adorable grin on his face which lit up the room, he is such a happy person it's beautiful.
Carly was in the middle of Dan and Phil but I'm sure they didn't mind, they spend every other second of their lives together. I wish I had a relationship like theirs.
"Where's the pizza??" I said, noticeably my most common three words.
"Woh calm down Diana," Carly exclaimed with a laugh.
"But we ordered it an hour ago!!" I began to have a complaining tone.
"She's got a point we should call again," Phil agreed and began to pick up his phone to dial the number when finally the sound of my saviour, the door bell rang.
"Of course when ever we go to order again they come," Dan laughed as it was about to get up but stopped himself with a wince of pain, bringing his hand down to his ribs.
"No Dan sit down, I'll get it." I offered in sympathy.
I opened the door to see a young man around the age of 20 standing there with kind of short-ish curly brown hair with a slightly longer curly fringe, he had dark brown hair and a cheesy grin which was pretty cute. He was maybe a foot higher then me, honestly he was quite attractive... I felt my chest heat up but I just took the pizza with a grin and a thanks.
As I took the pizza his name tag was uncovered ''Peej"
I smiled again before I went to close the door but then I felt a shadow behind me, and I watched as Peej started to grin and looking the other direction then back at me.
I turned around to see Phil and Carly standing behind us trying not to laugh, they were holding a mistletoe up above me and this complete stranger Peej, I shoved the pizza towards the two of these dorks and looked at them trying to be angry, "oh will you stop I don't even know Peej!" I said without realising I said his name.
They burst out into laughter like the idiots they are in the nicest way I can say it.
"How do you know his name??" Phil asked what seemed like he was genuinely curious.
"I... I read his name tag." I answered trying not to seem creepy but kind of failed.
I heard Peej laugh, "if you don't wanna kiss me that's fine, enjoy your pizza,"
I turned to him removing my angry face to find he was still looking at me.
"But I mean..." He winked, "it is Christmas..."
I don't know what to do, no one has ever like... Flirted with me before... Guys never really... Like me... I've kissed some before sure but not like... Proper, maybe at a truth or dare game in high school... And one boyfriend that lasted a week.
I want to kiss him like damn he was a cutie but how do I say it.. It's Christmas Diana have some fun!
I put my hand behind his neck gently and stood up on my toes bringing him down a bit I kissed him for about 3 seconds simply, he was a stranger, and I still wanted to be respectful. There was no mouth opening, nothing sloppy at all, just a kiss on the lips. I pulled away and smiled hoping to god I wasn't blushing, Peej was smiling to, I turned, Dan and Phil were smiling, Carly was not.
She grabbed me by my arm and pulled me back to the couch with the pizza.
She seemed slightly angry.
"What was that??" She grunted.
"A kiss under the mistletoe, why are you so angry you were the one holding it??"
"Yeah but I didn't think you would do it! You're my baby sister I'm not going to let you go around kissing strangers!"
I just death stared her and then turned back to the door to see Phil talking to Pj about something making Peej smile and then they both picked up there phones, Carly was saying some other crap but i was zoned out and just watching this happen, in a moment Phil put his phone down, a moment later my phone buzzed.
I picked it up, a text message from a private number.

'Hey thanks for the kiss.
Phil sent me your number.
I didn't catch your name though.

Phil closed the door and sat down smiling at me, then continuing with conversations and the pizza as if he did nothing.
"Are you even listening to me?!" Carly's voice broke my train of though.
"Right... Uh... Sorry won't happen again let's eat pizza."

I blocked out the world with my phone but it didn't seem to bother them they were playing sheraids.

'Hey
I'm Diana. :)'

After a rounds of sheraids they played, Dan and Phil were acting one out together. Perfect opportunity.
I picked up the mistletoe which was sitting next to the crumbs of the pizza, and I stood up without a word and held it above them, a moment at a time they both caught on and eyed each other, I watched this adorable picture as Phil gently pulled in Dan being cautious of his injuries, Dan cupped his hand behind Phil's head and they started with a kiss, then more of a pash until they were full on making out.
Carly smiled from the background where she was meant to be guessing what the word was, she giggled a little before she put her hand up, "a couple who is madly in love!"
But Dan and Phil ignored it their whole focus was on each other.
I think this year everyone had a different Christmas.

WOOOHOOO end of story.
More maybe? Who knows.
Actually I'm thinking of writing a bonus chapter for New Year's Eve.

Hopefully I do a heaps better job then this story, honestly I think the story line I've got in my head for it is pretty cute.
