This is probably the first time I have fixed my bed, and the main reason is that I am in far too good of a mood to do so.
I let my eyes savor the tropical vibes look of the room. I used a blue curtain with a beach painted on it as a background of the wall. I even took some plants outside to place them beside the bed and the weaved basket I saw in the kitchen, which I utilized as a chandelier. Now, I can make-used of the beautiful sunlight streaming from the window. The place won't look depressing as it was before I did my magic.
I tapped the back of my shoulder, “You’re too good!” I said to myself.
“And everything would be even better if I'll open the window!”
Hindi agad siya nakapagsalita kaya muli akong nagtanong, “What are you doing there?”
Tatlong beses siyang napakurap. “Ah, Charm!” bati niya at alanganing ngumiti.
It seems like he just woke up. Don't tell me he slept outside? He must have lost his mind!
“No,” depensa nito.
“Looking at the grass,” he said and showed me the grass he just plucked out from the ground.
What?! Napatitig ako sa mga mata niya. Is this the effect of him falling from the cliff and assuming all the impact? Did he get brain damage?!
“…And what did you find out?”
Oh! This poor man…
“Oh— that the grass here in Acuzar is greener than the ones in the city.”
Paano’y paniguradong marumi iyon. I mean, soil-bourne diseases exist!
If it didn't bother me too much, I would have let that grass on his cheek stay for the whole day.
What’s with that man?!
“Tss! This is why I don't like being kind! People aren't appreciative enough!” I shouted as I shoved my head out of the window and slammed it closed after, making a loud smashing sound that nearly collapsed the entire wooden wall.
