Y/n's POV
The distant, distorted ringing of an alarm reverberated through my head, gradually pulling me out of my slumber. Blinking my eyes open, I was momentarily blinded by the bright morning light that filtered into the room. I instinctively shut my eyes again and rolled over, hoping to drift back into sleep's comforting embrace. However, my peaceful intentions were quickly interrupted by May's urgent voice echoing from a distance.
"Peter! Get up! You're going to be late!" May's voice pierced through the haze, jolting me fully awake. Reality flooded back, and I realized that I had fallen asleep at the Parkers' place, in Peter's room. Mental facepalm. I had intended to crash on the couch instead. My eyes widened as Peter, who had been asleep above me, suddenly toppled off the bed and landed on the floor with a thud. He groggily scrambled to his feet, shirtless, and acknowledged May's call.
"Coming, May!" he called out, his voice tinged with sleepiness. Peter swiftly slid over to the desk, grabbing a shirt that was lying on top of it and swiftly pulling it on. He turned to face me as I pushed myself up, still groggy from sleep.
"Crap! I forgot a shirt," I mumbled, mentally berating myself for the oversight.
"Oh, that's fine," Peter replied, seemingly unfazed by the situation.
"Yeah, I'll just go to school in my suit, that way everyone starts asking questions," I responded sarcastically,
"No, that's not what I meant. Hang on," Peter said, walking over to his closet. He rummaged through the clothes and retrieved his Midtown High sweater, handing it to me. "You can wear this. I don't mind."
I looked down at the sweater in my hands, feeling a mixture of gratitude and a strange warmth. "Thanks," I murmured, appreciating his thoughtfulness. Making my way to the bathroom, a flurry of excitement and nerves stirred in my stomach. Locking the door behind me, I focused my attention and magically changed back into my homecoming dress. Since I was already wearing pants underneath, I simply pulled the sweater on over it. I took a moment to examine myself in the mirror, noting that the sweater was slightly bigger on me, but it worked. Plus, it carried a faint scent of Peter, which brought a small, contented smile to my face. Stepping out of the bathroom, I found Peter back in his room, the door closed. As I entered, he paused, a hint of surprise and admiration flashing across his features.
"What?" I asked, raising an eyebrow at his reaction.
"Oh, um, I got you a granola bar," Peter stammered, slightly flustered. "And it would be really hard to sneak you out through the living room without May asking questions, so..."
A soft smile tugged at my lips as I appreciated his consideration. "Yeah, I'll see you down by the lobby," I replied, catching the granola bar he tossed my way. Without further delay, I made my way to the window and exited through the fire escape.

"Y/N! Y/N! Y/N!" The familiar voice of Ned filled the hallway as he sprinted towards you and Peter. Startled, you turned to face him, watching him gasp for breath before finally managing to speak.
"I've got it!" Ned exclaimed, holding up one hand and taking a few deep breaths. "I figured it out!"
"What did you figure out?" you asked, curious about his sudden excitement. Ned glanced around the empty halls, realizing everyone was in class.
"Your superhero name!" he replied with a wide grin.
"Ooo, tell me!" you replied, eager to hear what he had come up with.
"Circe," Ned declared, his enthusiasm evident in his voice.
"Circe? Like the Greek goddess?" you questioned, intrigued by the choice.
