"Ladies and Gentleman will you please stand?"
Y/N's POV
You walked into the cemetery, your hands in your pockets, taking in the somber atmosphere. As you strolled among the tombstones, reading the names etched on them, you eventually reached one in particular—Natasha Romanoff. Standing before her grave, you observed the array of gifts and flowers that adorned the area around the headstone.
Suddenly, a Russian female voice broke the silence from behind you. "I can't believe no one told me," she said. It was Yelena, Natasha's sister. Without turning to face her, you replied,
"If it makes you feel any better, no one told me either." Yelena walked past you, making her way toward the grave. She began fixing things that had fallen or become crooked before placing her forehead against the side of the headstone.
Through choked sobs, she managed to say, "She saved the world. I wish... I wish I could've said goodbye." Her words were barely a whisper. You knelt down beside her, placing a comforting hand on her back.
"Yeah. Me too," you responded, tears streaming down your own face.

Peter's POV
"I have a plan!" I exclaimed, sitting down next to Ned. He put down his comic book and looked up at me, curiosity evident on his face. "Okay, first, I'm going to sit next to Y/n on the flight," I began, outlining your elaborate scheme. Ned nodded in understanding. "Second, I'll buy a dual headphone adapter so we can watch movies together the whole time, since she loves movies."
"Three, when we go to Venice, you know how famous they are for making things out of glass? Well, I'm going to buy her favorite flower, a f/f," I continued, excitement growing.
Ned joined in, "Ok"
"Next, when we visit Paris, I'm going to take her to the top of the Eiffel Tower, give her the necklace I bought, and then, officially ask her to be my girlfriend," I detailed my plans eagerly. "And then, step six, hopefully, she says yes."
Ned chimed in, "Peter, you forgot step seven!" I furrowed my brow, reaching for your pen. "Step seven?" I asked, ready to jot it down. Ned leaned in, whispering the last few words, "You already asked her, Peter. Remember? When you almost died, and that guy almost shot you?" Realizing his point, I responded,
"Yeah, but it wasn't official. I want it to be official."
Ned sighed, saying, "Okay, fair enough. I was really hoping you'd be my bachelor in Europe, though." I shook my head, refusing his suggestion.
"Ned, I'm not dumping Y/n to be a bachelor in Europe. That's so messed up."
He conceded, "Yeah, I guess. But she'd probably understand."
Before I could respond, Y/n appeared, breaking your conversation. "Hey, guys! Excited for the trip?" she asked cheerfully. Trying to regain composure, I replied,
"Yeah, actually, we were just talking about it." Ned couldn't help himself and revealed,
"Yeah, Peter was going over his plan." I shot him a warning look, but the damage was done. Y/n's brows furrowed as she inquired,
"Plan? What plan?"
Caught off guard, I nervously stammered, "I don't... I don't have a plan." I was worried she'd sense my unease but to my surprise, she shrugged it off.
"Alrighty then," she said, clearing her throat. "Um, I have to get my stuff for my next class, but I'll see you tonight?" I nodded, trying to recover,
"Tonight?" She sighed, a hint of disappointment in her voice.
"Peter, don't tell me you forgot."
Panicking, I quickly denied it, "No, I didn't..."
"Dinner, 5:30," she reminded me.
"Right. Do I need to, uh, wear a suit or something?" I asked. She laughed,
"No, silly. Just be yourself. I'll see you then."

Y/N's POV
The apartment was filled with a delightful aroma as Wanda prepared paprikash soup. It reminded you of home back in Sokovia. Absorbed in watching TV, you heard a knock at the door. Pietro jumped up, exclaiming,
"I got it!" Opening the door, he greeted Peter, who stood there awkwardly. Catching sight of you, Peter's tensed posture relaxed, and he entered the apartment.
"Hi, Ms. Wanda," Peter greeted her politely.
"Hi Peter, welcome" She responded with warm smile,
"Thank you. It smells great," Peter complimented her cooking skills. Wanda expressed her gratitude before urging Peter to join you. He came to sit next to you, whispering, "That was so scary,"
"Peter, you havent even been here a minute" You playfully teased,
"I know. But I'm in a room with some of the scariest Avengers. Kinda hard not to be scared... Oh, hi, Mr. Bucky," Peter greeted Bucky, who passed by. Bucky acknowledged him with a smile and continued on his way to the kitchen with Wanda. As you sat together, you engaged in conversation for the next few minutes until Wanda called you over to the table.
Peter took a bite of the soup and exclaimed, "This is... this is amazing. What is this?" Wanda smiled and replied,
"It's called paprikash soup. We used to make it all the time in Sokovia. It's one of our favorites." Wanda responded,
Amid a moment of silence, Bucky spoke up,
"So, Peter," he began, catching everyone's attention. You muttered under your breath,
"Oh boy." Bucky continued,
"How long have you two been together?" Wanda shot Bucky a warning look, but the question hung in the air.
Peter looked at you for confirmation before answering, "Oh, well, if you include the blip, almost six years." Bucky nodded slowly and returned to his food. Pietro, unable to resist, spoke up with a smug smile,
"Why? Like, what could you possibly see in her that would make you decide to date her?"
Teasingly, you said to Pietro, "That's so mean." But Peter surprised everyone with his response. Looking at you with a smile, he said,
"That's an easy question. She's like a shot of espresso, like being bathed in sunlight. She's incredibly energetic and enthusiastic, with a sense of play and fun that's incredibly exciting. Overall, she's just stunning." You smiled back at him, while Wanda exchanged a knowing look with Bucky.
"I mean, yeah, I guess," Pietro conceded, taken aback by Peter's genuine admiration. Another moment of silence hung in the air before Wanda interrupted, saving the conversation.
"So, dessert?" she suggested, steering the topic away from further scrutiny, "Dessert?"
