Y/n was beyond upset as she stood paralyzed in the mall's food court with Jean and Connie, the trio all shocked into an uncomfortable silence.
"You guys set this all up?" The girl asked the other two, furrowed brows and dewy drops taking shape on her red face.
"Uh..."
It didn't take long for Y/n's sorrow to corrode into bright, hot anger as soon as she saw how quiet Jean and Connie were being.
"What the fuck? How could you!"
She sniffled and glared at the two, her eyes practically glowing red.
"Wait, Y/n, I don't wanna die," Connie blubbered out and held his hands up, cowering away.
"Y/n, I thought he was cheating on you!" Jean exclaimed. "The four of us did!"
Y/n paused.
"Wait...what do you mean the four of you? Who else was involved?"
"Uh..."
"Jean," Y/n growled out his name, scaring the tall boy as she glared right at him.
Jean wouldn't admit it, but seeing Y/n this mad at him was truly a horror to behold. One that he had never before seen.
"It was also Eren and Armin," Connie squeaked out.
Y/n's face scrunched up.
"Wha- Armin?!" She yelled out in disbelief.
"Y-Yeah...wait, why are you so surprised that he was in on it? He's your bestie," Jean questioned and Y/n frowned.
"I would have never expected him to go along with this kind of stupid crap. And you, too, Jean! I bet you were even the mastermind behind this whole thing, weren't you?"
She pointed a finger and accused Jean, who vehemently denied it.
"What the fuck, not even! It was Armin!" He blurted out before his eyes went wide and he covered his mouth. "Fuck-"
Y/n's jaw dropped.
"It was Armin?!"
Jean prayed for a way out of this and the gods seemed to have heard his cries, because in the next moment, his phone rang.
He laughed sheepishly as Y/n glared at him and he pulled out his cell, looking down at the caller ID and realizing that it was his mother.
"I, uh, heheh...gotta take this."
Y/n rolled her eyes and simply walked away, tugging her keys out of her bag and stalking off towards the parking lot. Both Jean and Connie scrambled to catch up.
"Y/n, wait!"
The girl whipped her head around and turned to face the two.
"What?" she hissed out, flames practically spewing out of her mouth.
Jean laughed nervously and shimmied his way behind Connie, hiding.
"I—could we still have a ride home?"

After speeding down the streets of Paradis and dropping off the boys, Y/n hastily pulled up to Armin's and parked her car, slamming the door and taking note of the fact that Mr. Arlert's truck was gone.
'Good,' she thought to herself. 'He won't have to witness me yelling at his pride and joy.'
Y/n marched right up to the door and pounded on it, breathing in deeply before shouting.
