Chapter 115: Exploring

George POV

I went exploring around the new house with Bad, Quackity and Sapnap, leaving the others to sleep as we ran about the place.

I could tell I wasn't the only one really happy, it radiated off of all of us, the smiles never leaving our faces as we laughed and cracked jokes.

Somehow a game of tag had started thanks to Quackity, leaving us running around the place like a scatty cat, even Bad was joining in.

"This house is so cool, I'm gonna buy more nerf guns so we can have a huge battle, maybe we could even stream it" Sapnap says as we finally flop onto the sofa.

After running around we all needed to catch our breath. "I think it'd be a good stream, it'd be a lot of fun for us and good content" I smile, leaning against Sapnap.

"What's our plan for today?" Bad asks. "No idea, I don't feel like going out though, the move took so much energy out of me and I want to get used to the house" Quackity says as he stretches.

"Yeah I'm the same, I think I'm gonna stay in for a few days, you know get used to the surroundings" I say and Sapnap nods.

"We should get to do more with each other now, I mean we can literally go see each other whenever we want to" Bad reminds us which lightens the mood.

"True, we even had that idea of celebration drinks" I say and watch Sapnap's eyes light up. "Oh my god I almost forgot about that! We are so doing that some point this week" He smiles.

"Guys" Quackity says, diverting our attention towards him. "We live in a fucking mansion what the fuck" He says with a smile, laughing.

"What even is our life" Sapnap sighs as he sinks further into the sofa.

"It's so weird man" Quackity responds before our attention is turned towards footsteps behind us.

"What're you guys doing?" Karl walks over and takes a seat on the sofa. "We've just been exploring and hanging out, we could just put a film on or something" Sapnap responds.

After most people agreeing we find the remote to the tv, figuring out how to get up Netflix before scrolling for a film.

"Should we wake up Dream and Skeppy?" Bad asks. "Yeah we probably should, if they're still tired they can just sleep down here" Sapnap says and Bad stands up to make his way back upstairs.

"I was going to stream later if any of you wanted to join, it'll probably be something stupid on minecraft" Karl explains as a film starts playing. "Yeah I'm down to join" "Me too" "Same" We all agree as we start to get comfortable.

After another 5 minutes Bad returns with both Dream and Skeppy, both half asleep as they walk in. Bad and Skeppy sit on the other side of the sofa as Dream walks over to me.

He sits down but leans his body against mine, trying to cling to the warmth as his head rests against the side of mine.

No words were shared between us as I allow him to cuddle up to me, it was the first time he had been needy of attention from me in front of our friends.

I knew the move was stressful for him as he was the one who organised it all and dealt with the more important stuff with the help of the others.

I was glad it was over and done with because it would allow him to finally have a break from over working himself, although he seemed to be drained of everything.

He was back asleep on me within minutes, the others had gone another 30 minutes of the film before disappearing either into their offices or rooms.

"Dream" I slightly nudge him with the shoulder he was laying on. "Dream wake up" I say again and he grumbles.

"Come on you've been sleeping for hours, you need to eat and drink" I say as I stand up, pulling him up from the sofa.

For once it was me making sure he was looking after himself. "Fine but I need to shower after" he says as we walk into the kitchen.

I sit on a stool as he looks through the options of food, deciding on Cheerios and a bottle of water. "Where'd the others go?" He asks as he puts a spoonful of cereal in his mouth.

"I think they got bored and went to do something else, did you have anything you wanted to do today?" I ask.

"Not really, I have that video you me and Sapnap recorded but it just needs editing so I'll probably end up doing that if I get the motivation" I nod and let him continue to eat his food.

"I'll shower and meet you in my office?" He says as he puts the bowl and spoon in the dishwasher. "Okay" I smile as he leaves. I grab my own bottle of water and make my way into his office.

Every office had sound proofing to stop discord from picking up other people who are in the rooms next to us.

Dream had a smaller sofa in his whereas everyone else just had a spare gaming chair. I sat myself on the sofa, scrolling on my phone as I wait for him.

The door swings open and shuts behind him. "Hey" he smiles as he places his water bottle and phone on his desk before sitting.

"Hi" I respond as I briefly put my phone away to watch him turn on his computer. "I take it you don't really have any plans for today either" he says and I shake my head.

"Not really, I just planned to annoy you all day" he turns around on his chair to face me. "Hmm, and how do you plan to do that?" He asks. "I'll just keep distracting you while you work" I shrug, going back on my phone.

My phone gets taken from my hands and I look up at the blonde towering over me, a smirk plastered on his face.

Uh oh.
