Chapter 106: We're Dating

Dream POV

I look back over to everyone else before the shouting and cheering started, the over excitement filling the room.

It caused so much commotion that George's mum left the kitchen to come see what was going on.

"Does this mean you two are...?" Quackity starts to ask.

"Yes, we're dating" I smile over at them and see George's mum's smile spread over her face as she quickly approaches us.

"Finally my boys" She plants a kiss on George's head before placing one on mine.

"I always knew you'd be together" She stands back up and heads back to the kitchen, careful of not to burn anything.

"Wait when did this happen?" Skeppy asks.

"Miami" George responds.

"Miami?! And you're only telling us now? What the fuck" Quackity stands gobsmacked.

"Wait how? Which of you actually got the guts to make the first move?" Karl asks.

"Honestly it was both of us" I explain.

"He's lying it was definitely more him" George rolls his eyes.

"But hey, now you guys know we only need to look for a 3 bedroom house that has enough space for offices and stuff" He explains.

We spend some time talking about our relationship, leaving out the extra details that are only funny to burden Sapnap with.

George's mum brings us food into the living room and listens in to the conversation.

It was starting to get late by the time everyone had eaten and finished the rest of their work.

George had fallen asleep on the pillow on my lap and Sapnap had been passed out next to Karl and Quackity from the moment he wrote his last word.

"I'll go help Callahan, Skeppy and Bad with the mattresses" Karl says before standing up. Jackie was passing them the mattresses, blankets and pillows.

I waited as they did all the hard work considering no one wants to disturb a sleeping George, not even me.

Although it was quite nice to see Quackity interact with a sleeping Sapnap. Considering their friendship of constant yelling and chaos, the amount of adoration in Quackity's eyes as he watched Sapnap sleep was something I never thought I'd see.

As the somewhat beds are made up Karl helps Quackity move Sapnap as Callahan offers a hand to me.

He holds George carefully up to allow me enough space to stand up. I help him guide George over to the closest mattress before placing him on it.

"Thank you Calla" I smile as he walks over to take the bed made on the sofa.

George starts to stir awake as I pull the blankets over him.

"What time is it?" He grumbles.

"Ssh don't worry just get some sleep" I say as I massage my hand through his hair.

He rests the back of his body against mine, using his own hand to guide my arm over his waist to cuddle him.

I pull him tighter against me, his body flush against me as my head rests just above his.

"I love you" I whisper into his hair, his hand linking with the one resting on his stomach.

George POV

I wake up the next morning to chatter around me, the feeling of Dream spooning me no longer there as I stretch myself.

"Oh look it's sleeping beauty" I hear Sapnap joke as I slowly sit up with the blanket still wrapped around me.

"We tried to wake you up earlier but you wouldn't even move" Quackity adds and I start to open my eyes.

They're all dressed, chilling in the living room, probably just talking or whatever and I just want to go back to sleep.

Once I see Dream I get up from the mattress and walk over to him, sitting beside him and getting comfortable on his shoulder.

"Okay that's just cute" Bad says and I can hear the smile in his tone.

"Can you two like, not show the rest of us up" Sapnap jokes and I feel a hand running stripes down my jawline.

"Let's just let him sleep" Dream lightly laughs, letting me rest against him.

I keep my eyes closed, staying in a place where I was asleep but very aware of everything going on around me.

"Did you guys want to do something today?" Sapnap asks.

"We could, it can be like a celebration of completing all our school work in one day" Bad responds.

"Okay what do you guys feel like doing? Going for food? Going out?" Sapnap asks again.

The room goes back to silence and I almost fall completely asleep.

"I know! Lets go bowling" Quackity chimes in.

"Oh hell yeah that is such a good idea" Sapnap replies.

"It's a shame Callahan already went home, it was good to hang out with him again" Karl adds.

"Are we booking a lane or just hoping they have a lane free?" Bad asks.

"We should probably book it but let's get like the party bundle where we also get the buffet and drinks" Sapnap suggests.

"I can pay but you guys will have to chip in" Bad offers.

"Can you find out how much it'll be? I have some money still" Dream chimes in.

"Oh this is going to be so cool, the bowing alley isn't that far from town either, we could go shopping for a bit" Karl says.

"Yeah lets pick up some cool stuff"

"Can we have alcohol?" I hear Sapnap ask.

"Sap-"

"Pleaseeee" He cuts Bad off.

"If everyone else is down then sure" Skeppy adds.

"Huh- Skeppy!"

"What? We've never drank as a group and it seems like it'll be fun, does anyone have ID?" Skeppy asks.

"Dream, Bad and I do, we all have our drivers license" Sapnap states.

"What're we drinking then?" Karl asks.

"You know what I've always wanted to try? Those alcoholic slushies, they look so good"

"They have slushy machines there right?" Karl asks.

"Yeah they also have a bar but we can buy cheaper alcohol in town since we're going there" Bad says.

"Oh and the party pack for 7 of us is £115"

"Fuck that's a lot" Quackity half heartedly laughs.

"I'll pay" I chime in, opening my eyes but keeping my head on Dream's shoulder.

"George no- you say that all the time" Dream says.

"Yeah because I'm the one with money right now, and in the future when you all have money I'll make you guys pay for everything" I smile and he shakes his head at me.

"I mean I'm down" Sapnap says as the others all chime in with agreements.

"Fine" Dream finally gives in.

"I'll go get dressed so we can leave"

I pass Bad my card from the back of my phone so he can book it before disappearing upstairs.

I actually couldn't wait to get out of the house.
