Yumiji's POV

Okay. Inhale, exhale. Ignore her. Yeah. I'll do that. I entered the office and greeted all of them. I am actually waiting for Angeli to come. Its my last day here in the office.

Sigh. I don't have anything to do. The couple from Sen Berida College, JC and Jayne, is doing the work. I did the staple works since Ma'am Lanie is doing the fax work.

She was here all along, but I chose to ignore her. I can't help it, right? She hurt me. She made me feel that I was loved, rather she was confuse in her feelings. 

"Yumiji, here is the next one. Looks like you had nothing to do. Hmm?" Ma'am Ruff said it with sarcasm. 

When she's here, everyone knows even her Mom that I will go to her. Tease her, laugh with her, then go back to work again with a grin on my face, that is my routine. Right now, it is on the other way around. I am just gonna work all day and that's how it will end. That's how my days with her will end. Just like in the beginning. No talk. No laughs. Just a glance and wait our eyes to meet.

Instead to wait for our eyes to meet, I will stop glancing at her so that I won't get my hopes up all over again.

Angeli's POV

This is his last day, yet we're not talking anymore. I'm glancing at him and waiting for our eyes to meet, but we are not in sync anymore. 

He stopped looking at me.

What did I do? Is it because he had enough of entertainment? I just don't understand him at all.

Nung nag-lunch na kami, kasama namin siya. He is quiet. Ewan ko ba kung bakit. Kahapon naman, okay kami ah.

"Yumiji, what will you do now after your training?" Ma'am Ruff asked him.

"I'm going to go back in Taiwan and settle things out with my Dad." He looked at them and smiled as if I'm not even there. 

Magkatabi kami, pero I feel that he is far away, somewhere I can't reach.

"So you're planning to inherit your Dad's company?" Mom additionally asked him.

"Yes." He smiled again and treat me like some kind of stranger sharing a table with them.

"How about your girlfriend?" Ma'am Ruff asked him and the next thing I knew, I thought his face sadden.

"We're getting engaged." My heart ached at the moment he answered, but there's nothing I could do. I was never his in the first place. Siguro nga entertainment lang ako sa kanya eh. To think positive, parang kapatid lang. Little sister kumbaga.
