PETER OPENS Olivia's bedroom window and groans in pain. "You should maybe consider coming in through the lobby." Olivia says, continuing to type on her computer.

She turns around to face Peter. He lets out a soft chuckle. "And also, my father is under the impression that you require psychiatric attention." She says, chuckling.

"Really?" He asks. The smile fades from her face when she sees Peter practically limp inside from her window. "Peter." She says, rushing over to his side.

"What happened?" She says, escorting him to her sofa chair.

"You should see the other guy. The other guy. In this instance, being a giant mutant lizard." He says, in between pants.

"Hey, Olivia, honey." They hear from outside. Olivia's father. "Do you want some coco? Your Aunt, Isabella's making some." Peter goes to hide behind the chair, while Olivia rushes to the door and opens it.

"No, dad. I do not want coco, honestly." Olivia says. "I am seventeen years old."

"Okay." Her dad says, confused. "I just thought I remembered somebody saying last week that her fantasy was to live in a chocolate house."

"Well, that's impractical." Olivia says, closing her door. She opens it again. "And fattening." She sighs, closing the door again. Peter smiles. "Chocolate house." Olivia rolls her eyes. She opens the door again.

"Sorry, dad."

"It's good."

"I just, I can't, um- I can't have coco right now because um- I'm doing this um... I have the- I have cramps."

"Oh."

"I feel like kind of pukey and- like emotional, I keep crying, it's brutal, you don't want to know, trust me. It's like bad."

"Got it."

"Thanks, daddy." She smiles.

"Alright." He says. Olivia shuts her door.

A few minutes later, she was rubbing alcohol on Peter's wounds from the giant mutant lizard he was fighting. He had huge, deep, and thick scratches across his whole chest. He let out winces every now and then. Olivia pauses and looks up at him.

She smiles at him. He looks up at her. He tries to lean in. "Easy, bug boy."

"What'd you call me?" Peter says, chuckling. He tries to lean in again, Olivia slightly shakes her head.

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

She shakes her head again. "I know what this is."

"What is it?"

"Every day, for as long as I can remember, my father has left every morning and he's put a badge on his chest and strapped a gun to his hip. And everyday for as long as I can remember, I haven't known if he was gonna make it home."

Peter caresses her cheek. "I've got you." She puts her hand on his. "I've got you." He repeats. She looks up at him. "Okay?"

She looks back down. "I gotta stop him though. I have to. Because I created him."
