The boat is almost on the shore and there is an awkward silence. Kaylie is confused because she barely knows anyone around her.
Matt is quietly sitting, enjoying the quietness and clean sea air.
{Matt's thoughts} I never want to go back to the city. The city where I'm in dept, and known as the person who used to be a famous writer who flopped. Here, I can be my old self.
The boat arrives on the shore of Lucia's private island. The passengers gather their belongings and get up from the boat. Kaylie gets up while holding Noah's hand. She looks around the island. It has a lot of trees and a big mansion.
[Kaylie] Wow. You grew up here?
[Noah] Yes.
[Kaylie] I grew up in an apartement in someone's cellar behind a dumpster..
[Noah] When we get married, I will buy you the biggest house you could imagine.
Kaylie looks at him and kisses him, then they walk up to the mansion.
[Pamela] Oh sister! I've missed you so much!
The guests notice Pamela hugging a tall, brunette woman. The woman is Lucia Karlsson.
[Noah] Mom!
[Lucia] Noah!
Kaylie looks at her quietly.
[Lucia] Couture..
[Kaylie] Mrs Karlsson..
[Noah] Oh come on, mom! She's my girlfriend! Stop being so cold towards her!
Lucia looks away and tells the maids to take everyone's bags to their rooms.
Kaylie walks in the small theatre of the mansion, the place where she's gonna perform tonight.
She puts on her headphones and rehearses her performance. She changes on her red short dress and puts her hair in a braid. Matt puts on a suit and Lucia wears a long wine red dress and pearls. They sit down and watch as Kaylie sings a very entertaining song. They all get up and dance.
[Lucia] I don't really like her, but God she's a good singer.
When the performance is over Kaylie changes on a pink shirt, a white skirt and hoop earrings. When they come down, they all look out the window.
[Pamela] Wow, what a horrible storm! The waves are so big! And it's thundering
[Matt] The boat is gone!
They are all horrified, when they realise they are stuck on the island.
[Lucia] Call someone! Call someone who has a boat and could come pick us up tomorrow!
They try to call but their phones aren't working.
[Lana] My phone isn't working!
[Noah] Neither is mine!
[Kaylie] Same!
They're stranded, but this isn't even the worst. Not even close. Soon, they will realise.
