❝Klaus Mikaelson was the monster one would tell their children, he's the villain in everyone's stories, but for me he was the prince who saved me from myself and I think I saved the last bit of hope within him.❞

Bodie knew that he had a death wish. But what was life if not threatened by an Original Vampire with issues? Or best yet, threatening the very person who could put him down if he wanted to. He knew that trying to anger Klaus in any way was basically a death wish, but Bodie didn't care, Klaus never dared to hurt Bodie in a similar way that he did with his siblings, yet to threaten anything that Klaus did or the people that Klaus cared about was and would be the second worst thing that Bodie would ever do to him.
He knew what Klaus' family meant to him which was why going ahead with his plan left a pile of guilt growing in him every step he took to the location of his the Mikaelson siblings. He knew that there was more of a chance that Klaus would kill him simply by breathing in the direction of his daggered siblings while they're at their most vulnerable state, but Klaus needed to learn that his actions had consequences. Even if it meant that he hurt the people that aided Bodie when he needed it the most.
Bodie liked all of the Mikaelson siblings—Finn was odd like there was something that he missed that no one knew of, and yet he was always there to aid Bodie when it came to hunting prior to their vampirism. Elijah was kind when it came to the struggles that life might bestow on Bodie as if Elijah had an understanding to it. Kol, a bit unpredictable at times, yet even still, there was always something almost childishly calm about him, like being around Kol allowed Bodie to act as childish as he could without being judged. Rebekah—kind, loving Rebekah—was the best friend that Bodie could ever ask for, she was the first to notice the way that he felt towards her brother and aided into Klaus noticing Bodie the way that Bodie saw Klaus. And even the beloved Henrik whose death created this life, yet even still, he was the one that loved the wonders of the world before the cruel world took him.
Even with all of that going through his mind, Bodie pressed on. He knew that Finn, Kol, and Bekah had been daggered. He was there when Finn and Kol had been daggered—he seemed to be the only one that was pressed over the idea that Finn was daggered, for his other siblings found him a bore, Bodie occasionally found comfort in Finn. As for Kol, he always seemed to have another side plan to ruin whatever they'd built by bringing attention to their kind or planning to murder his siblings, which consequently lead to him getting daggered. However, as for Rebekah, Bodie hadn't heard anything based around Rebekah for so long, not a note, not some article based around her brother that she found in a newspaper with some comment beside it, nothing—which lead to Bodie to believe that she was daggered, plus, Bekah always had more style when it came to fighting and making more sarcastic comments.
Bodie shook his head. The more that he thought about them, the more guilt that he felt about what he planned to do. Henry and Will had done a locator spell prior to Bodie leaving and gave Bodie half an hour to get there before they send a message to Elijah and Klaus as a warning to which they'd hopefully take and leave—and hopefully not taking what they wanted with them. Bodie knew that it was dangerous to make both Will and Henry go to their house, but Bodie didn't want either of them to experience the raging fit that Klaus would have. Bodie told them both to make sure that they were prepared for anything, knowing that there was a chance that the pair thought everything through.
