❝Klaus Mikaelson was the monster one would tell their children, he's the villain in everyone's stories, but for me he was the prince who saved me from myself and I think I saved the last bit of hope within him.❞
Bodie Erikson wasn't human, but...

Bodie knew that with what he did, there was no going back. After Leo and him returned back to Bodie's home, Leo's attention went to his family who was worried about him, of course, afterwards, they'd asked him if everything was okay. The Snow's bombarded Leo with a lot of questions about what Bodie could've done to him, but when Leo told them the truth—that Bodie had turned him—their attention went to Bodie.
To say that he felt the beating of a decade from all of the Snow's because of it, was something that surprised Bodie more than anything. Of course, Bodie tried to talk to them about it and tried to explain everything to them, but he knew that it was something that they wouldn't want to listen to. He knew that there was a chance that the Snow's wouldn't be happy with the fact that Bodie turned Leo, but he wanted to wait until Leo was comfortable to do such a thing. However, no matter how much he planned and thought that something was a good idea, there was always that chance of it getting screwed over.
It was because of Leo that his family stopped torturing Bodie for turning him, given that he threatened them. Of course, the threat was the one thing that snapped them all out of their fit of rage and it was a reminder to Bodie that he shouldn't piss off a family of witches, even if they are without coven. Though, Bodie couldn't help but smile over the fact that Leo protected him, however there was a small part of Bodie that somewhat hated the fact that there was some form of control that Bodie had over him because of the site bond.
He knew that there was nothing that he could do in order to change it now but there was a part of him that wished that he could. Though, he could see the way that the Snow's glared at him when Leo checked if he were okay which made him feel more guilty than expected. A small part of him wondered if there was a way to break the sire bond just so that he didn't have control over Leo.
Bodie shook his head slightly, though he knew that there was nothing that he could do to change anything that's happened, but he knew that there was always going to be that feeling of guilt over that he took away Leo's choice. Bodie sighed, he knew that this was something that he would have to live with, he'd have to talk to Tyler to see if there was anything that he could do or if there truly was a way to break that bond.
It took a good couple of hours before the Snow's left Bodie's home, Leo refused to leave, telling his family that it was best that he stayed here until he got control over the bloodlust. However, the Snow's argued with Leo about it, saying that they didn't want to leave Leo alone with Bodie, but Leo almost attacked his brother which was enough for his family to go.
So, Leo stayed the night, and basically crawled in beside Bodie, which Bodie wasn't against. Though, there was a small part of Bodie that felt like this was wrong in some way, and yet there was some form of comfort with having someone beside him. As much as he knew that he was in love—or thought that he was—he couldn't help but be worried about Leo's safety. Now that Rebekah knew, there was a small part of him that worried just in case Rebekah told Klaus that there's now someone else that he could target.
