『Chapter Thirty-Five』
『tell them the truth』⋅⋆✯✼⋆⋅
Bodie knew that he shouldn't have done anything with Klaus, but given that he was right there, he found that doing Klaus was something that he couldn't stop himself from doing. Klaus was still asleep and Bodie found himself watching him, his fingers lightly running across Klaus' chest, and again, he knew that this was something that he shouldn't be doing, but he couldn't help it. He wasn't sure when the next time he has Klaus like this, all innocent in what Bodie done and the damage Bodie's caused in the Mikaelson family, the fact that he had a big part in the reason as to why vampires were created in the first place.
He found himself trying to shake the thoughts from his head, though he knew that it would be useless. He pushed himself out of the bed, careful not to wake Klaus, the last thing that he wanted was for Klaus to notice that something was wrong, and the last thing that Bodie wanted was for Klaus to fall back into his obsession of finding out what was going on in Bodie's mind and what he was hiding. He found himself putting on his suit pants from the previous night as well as the blouse before creeping out Klaus' room.
Bodie knew that there was a chance that the others were going to comment on the fact that they slept together but Bodie found that he didn't care that much. They all knew that it was bound to happen once more, so he wouldn't understand as to why it would be such a big deal, though he supposed that they'd want to annoy both Klaus and Bodie for it.
Bodie shook his head, though the one thing that Bodie hadn't expected was for Finn to bump into him—or more correctly, stop him in his path back to his room. For a moment, Bodie wondered whether or not Finn was going to scowled him for something that he did wrong, though at the same time, Bodie knew that Finn probably didn't have anything to blame him on. He was still somewhat bitter over the one time that Finn told Bodie's father that he'd stolen something from their camp, knowing that it was a gift which lead to Bodie having to give it back. It was small, but it was something that Klaus made for him which made everything worse.
"Finn?" Bodie hesitantly said. He'd narrowed his eyes at Finn, wondering what Finn—of all people—would want to talk to him about. For the last nine hundred years, Finn had been bound by a dagger in a permanent sleep, they weren't close, so it worried him that Finn would talk to him.
"I've been looking for you." Finn stated.
"Wow, no 'hi, Bodie, how are you'?" Bodie asked, somewhat mocking. Finn wasn't impressed. "What do you want from me, Finn?"
"Mother wants to talk to you." Finn told. He then looked past Bodie, back towards where he came. "You slept with Klaus again, didn't you?"
Bodie found himself freezing at the thought that Esther would want to talk to him. And then he smiled. "Yes, I did." Finn gave him a look. "Where does Esther want to meet?"
