Hello lovely ladies! This recipe is definitely one of my favorite foods. So, I'm just gonna jump right into it!
Step one: Bring your water to a boil in a reasonably large pan, then add your noodles of choice (Spaghetti, Penne, Corkscrew, ect) to the water (If you are using Tortellini noodles, do the following steps before adding the pasta)
Step two: In a separate saucepan, melt eight ounces of butter per pound of noodles on medium.
Step three: Pour two cups of cream per pound of noodles into the saucepan once the butter has fully melted, then stir occasionally until the cream has thickened.
Step four: once the cream has come to a steady boil, take the saucepan off of the heat and stir in one cup of Parmesan cheese per pound of noodles.
Step five: Let cheese fully melt, then pour the sauce into the strained noodles.
Step six: Serve and enjoy!
So that's it! I definitely recommend trying this!
