If you're anything like me, you love the outdoors, but with your busy schedule, time to relax in nature is hard to find. These are three tips to get outside more often, in a manageable way.
TIP 1- Study outside! If you have any sort of outside seating area outside your house or in a park nearby, do homework there on a nice day. I personally really enjoy writing an essay on my deck than shut up inside my room.
TIP 2- Go on walks, runs, or bikerides! If you feel a little overwhelmed, it always helps me to go get moving outside to clear my head. Nothing too crazy, just a quick 10-20 minute moving outside break.
TIP 3- Make it a routine! If you make it a habit in your day to day plan, then it will happen more often! Obviously weather allowing, it's totally possible to be outside for a little bit each day, which leads to a healthy mind, body and heart ❤️!
