TIME FOR BATTLE!

Standing behind the rails I directed my look towards the Arena, I was jealous and devastated just looking at them made my blood boil- the thought of them being naturally talented made my anger increase by the second, grabbing onto the metal rails I had snapped the metal unconsciously. But I couldn't help but feel proud for Naruto and Shikamaru, the two of them were such idiots back in the academy but now they're succeeding, I hope Naruto becomes Chunin. Yes I know I might be a terrible friend choosing the person I love before a friend but no matter the things he had done to me- I will always love him. I always will.

I: "Y/N COME SIT WITH US!"

K: "NO COME SIT WITH US Y/N!"

Ino only glared at Kiba as I laughed at their outburst making the brown haired-boy blush at the sound of her laughs rhythm reminding him of a song, how cringy- but when it comes to love you can't help but think of the stupidest things. Quickly thanking them I went ahead and sat next to Kouki who was now smiling brightly as he pulled me into a hug making the others sigh knowing the sweet girl didn't choose them, looking towards the arena the two opponents had stood in before each other. You can do it Naruto! I started cheering for him seeming to notice this he turned towards my direction and gave me a thumbs up mouthing some words "I'll win so keep watching!" Of course Naruto I'll be watching. Hearing a chuckle beside me I turned to Kouki watching him trying to muffle his laugh, "What's so funny?" I raised my eyebrow showing my confusion when an annoyed frown was placed on my lips "Why do you love him so much?" He turned serious and looked back at the arena trying to figure out what drove me to fall for him, it's simple really.

"We were childhood friends, the day we met I was all alone and he stood next to me holding my hands tightly with a grin on his face...he helped me without further question. From that day on he was just a minor crush, but my feelings started to grow- you know," The memories flashed through my head recalling all the times we spent together but of course, despite liking him this much, he would never respond the same emotions because he likes Sakura. I completely understand it though- she is such a sweet and pretty girl! Very intelligent and amazing the list seriously goes on, I deeply care about her myself. But there is also somebody else stopping me from confessing Hinata, she had been my friend for years longer than he has...and if I did anything to harm her feelings I would be devastated, also I don't think her father would approve of that since he also hates me.

"Why don't you tell him how you feel? You should tell him how you feel- before it's too late," Looking at the Arena I noticed the fight already begun, I started to giggle trying to lighten up the mood "I think I already know what he would say," I would rather stay silent forever than to be rejected, of course, I deeply cared about him and my feelings only grew every day but I knew he would never look at me the way I did, "Let's just watch the battle!" I laid my head on his shoulder being slightly tired from my training last night, fluttering my eyes to the arena watched as Naruto was injured, his clothes were stained with dirt and blood causing me to worry about his state "Why do you try so hard to defy your destiny?" I slightly flinched at the question, he stood tired as his eyelids tried to remain shut.

"Because somebody told me- I was the failure," Red chakra started surrounding his whole body making his teeth turn into fangs as his whiskers darkened, this is incredible! I stood up pulling Kouki with me to have a better view of the fight, "HERE I COME!" Naruto declared making the smile on my face increase while pulling on Kouki's shirt excited by the outcome "YOU CAN DO IT NARUTO!" Cheering for him Neji only looked up to me in annoyance. Attacking him they both began to clash together not a second to waste, a smoke had flooded the arena making it harder to see any of their actions with the fog now clearing up what I saw frightened me, Naruto was on the ground- a crack was formed beneath Neji with Naruto appearing making him punch the dark haired-boy, his figure collided on the ground raising his head toward his opponent. Naruto you're amazing I wouldn't expect any less from you!
"THE WINNER IS...UZUMAKI NARUTO!"

Hiashi apologized for all the pain he had caused Neji, but he wasn't about to apologize to Y/N...also being part of the Hyuga clan she also deserved an apology, many apologies for all the pain they gave her. Being Haru's daughter didn't bring her any justice, it was all because of a mistake she didn't do but he did.

Sasuke hadn't arrived in time forcing Temari and Shikamaru to battle earlier, she had now landed gracefully with her fan as Shikamaru landed on his face not wanting to battle, Temari charged towards him as he threw a smoke bomb trying to stop her "I don't care whether or not I become a Chunin, but I can't stand the idea of loosing to a girl so- I guess I'm in," Is he serious! He just doesn't wanna lose to a girl, that's it? Clenching my teeth a frown was visible on my face, I grabbed onto the rails and looked towards the blonde haired-girl "DEMOLISH HIM TEMARI!" Hearing my sentence she turned towards me and smirked while mouthing some words 'of course I will,' Shikamaru looked at me and sighed thinking for a bit, what made me like this girl- she's so troublesome.

"Víctor, Temari!" The look in her eyes, she doesn't feel proud of herself- she knows that the only reason she won is because Shikamaru gave up, getting on the rails I turned towards Kouki and whispered my intentions making him nod in realization, jumping down I started walking towards Temari and held her in between my arms "You were amazing!" I whispered in her ear causing a blush to appear on her cheeks "I knew that already," She confidently stated making me smile, but in reality, she really needed that and it seriously boosted her confidence. Thank you Y/N, they waved at each other and the young Hyuga turned to Shikamaru.

"You weren't that bad," She said teasingly, he only raised his eyebrow at the comment "You would have looked better if you were cheering for me," catching her off guard she trailed her eyes away not daring to make eye contact with him, Naruto came rushing towards us and began nagging to Shikamaru "Come on Naruto give him some space," I cut him off making him lean closer to me "WHY ARE YOU HERE!" I nervously laughed at his reply and started to sweat not knowing what to say, he was now barking out random words that I didn't pay attention to while I looked at his bright blue eyes with his eyelashes fluttering through sentences, so beautiful.

We were out of our trance as leafs suddenly appeared, making a few of them fall on my hair. Looking up I noticed a certain Uchiha looking at my form. Sasuke.
