Is that a toad? I had landed beside Sasuke only to gawk at the huge toad Naruto summoned, my knees felt weak as they gave up on each other- no way all this time training, and I still can't level up to Naruto! Everything, was all for nothing. They all learned a new Jutsu! They all learned something and I just practice my close combat, I hated this. The thought of feeling so weak like some piece of trash anybody could step on, it annoyed me...all of it did.

Getting a better view around me I noticed Kouki was now on the floor with blood trickling down his head, I gotta save him! Turning around I saw Sakura knocked out and beside me was Sasuke wincing at the pain the curse mark caused. I felt bottles up inside a tiny space, all the walls were closing up on me and Shikamaru was no longer here- what are you gonna do Y/N? Are you gonna run away and leave them? I stiffened when a deep voice was present inside my head, he seemed familiar. I could feel my body shivering from a gentle caress on my neck, his fingers wrapped around my neck tightening his grip- Let your power control you, show them how strong you are~ holding a kunai I sliced my forearm making me wince but feel relieved not being able to hear his voice anymore.

Two shadow clones appeared next to me, one of them went to Sakura and the other was with Sasuke. I started rushing towards Kouki and tried to heal him although I couldn't, my whole body was shivering and no matter how hard I concentrated I wasn't able to control my chakra, what's going on! I started panicking I couldn't help them I couldn't do it I can't, I gripped my head feeling a strong aching coming. It was him! He is doing this but why? Who even is he! No breath Y/N breathe, their life is at risk and you're here being pathetic! I placed my palm on his head trying to heal Kouki, his brown hair was scattered everywhere it made me feel guilty, I should have told him to never follow me! I'm to blame. A single tear fell from my eye, he was getting the best of her that's all he wanted to see- he wanted her to suffer just like her father, he was messing with her and he enjoyed seeing her tears fall. Oh Y/N just wait until I get my hands on you.

Drying my tears with my sleeve I tried not to pay much mind and finished healing him up, lifting Kouki I set him down farther away from battle making sure he wouldn't get harmed. Performing a few hand signs she created a barrier protecting him from any damage "I'll be back Kouki," placing her hand on the barrier she was now rushing back to action, turning towards Sasuke she felt a gush of wind pulling her back raising her eyes she could see the intense battle, not paying much mind to it she went to Sakura seeing now that her clone was having trouble freeing her. "We're both going to pull this off of her understand!" I ordered making her nod, I forced my chakra to travel through my arm trying to increase my strength, and gripped it watching my clone that did the same, we both began to pull trying to release the grip it had on Sakura but it only made it increase, that won't work but maybe a punch will.

I could feel the grasp weaken noticing Naruto was now winning "NOW!" We both punched the tailed beast's grasp on her, it shattered and turned into sand. If Naruto hadn't weakened Gaara, Sakura would have probably died- my clone disappeared and Sakura started falling but I was just in time to catch her. I went ahead and placed her next to Sasuke, he looked at Sakura and went to relay the news to Naruto. Stay here Sakura.

I landed next to Gaara with Temari and Kankuro on my side, I could feel Kankuro ready to attack me but Temari was able to stop him. I hovered my hand on his body trying to heal his wounds soon all his injuries disappeared making him grow tired. "I forgive you," I whispered making his teal eyes meet with mine. Her eyes, they're like nothing I have ever seen...they look so gentle and caring yet the more I stare at them- I can see pain and suffering. All those tears that once fell. They picked up the redhead and let out a thank you.

Walking to Naruto I started healing him, Sasuke's gaze fell on me analyzing my features while my chakra was running out, my eyelids started to feel heavy I felt like I could no longer move, the whiskered boy was already healed, and fell to deep sleep making me smile at his form, getting up I moved to go with Sakura once more but I started falling to the ground only to be stopped by a certain raven-haired his hands were wrapped around me, he was gentle with his grip. Setting me beside Naruto he moved my hair away from my face.

Just wait Y/N things will only get worse from here on out. His blonde hair covered his face, with his lavender eyes staring at the girl from above. I've got you.
