Wakasa held his phone to his ear as he continued talking to [first name] on the phone—and he'd just received the awful news about [first name]'s younger sister. He's in [first name]'s apartment right now. He was planning to surprise her earlier, but when he arrived at her apartment, she wasn't home—it's a good thing [first name] gave him a spare key to her apartment. She gave it to him when they got back together.

"Wait for me there." said Wakasa as he turned to [first name]'s front door, walking his way to it, still holding his phone to his ear. "There's no need for you to come here.." said [first name], causing Wakasa to stop in his tracks. He heard his girlfriend sigh, "I'm leaving anyway.." Wakasa can hear the pain in his girlfriend's voice—hearing her voice is so heartbreaking to him. He couldn't believe what had just happened, and it was so out of the blue.

Wakasa closed his eyes and sighed, "Alright.."

It took [first name] a few seconds to respond, "I'm going to my grandfather's house t-to.." Wakasa can hear her voice breaking, causing him to look down at the floor with a sad look on his face. "..to tell him..what happened.." said [first name].

Wakasa hummed as he lifted his head up, still holding his phone to his ear, listening to his girlfriend's sniffing. "Okay..I'll stay here in your apartment for the night, and you can stay at your grandfather's..so you can be with him and your brother.." he said as he turned his back on the door and went to [first name]'s room.

"Okay.." she said. It pained Wakasa to hear his girlfriend sounding so heartbroken, "T-Thank you.."

Wakasa forced a weak smile on his face and said, "You know that I'm always here for you." He heard [first name] let out a weak chuckle, followed by a sniff. "I love you.." she said. Wakasa sat at the end of [first name]'s bed,

"I love you more."

As soon as Wakasa ended the call, [first name] placed her phone back in her pocket. She's still in the hospital—along with Mikey, Takemichi, and Draken. Draken had just arrived—and he was shocked to see a lifeless Emma before his very eyes. He couldn't believe what he's seeing. He stood next to [first name], with his body slowly beginning to tremble as he continued staring at the corpse. "W-What is this?" Draken whispered.

[first name] stayed quiet as her empty-looking eyes never left her sweet, little sister's beautiful face. Tears were no longer falling from her eyes, but anyone could still see the pain that she was feeling just by looking at her face.

Takemichi
It's been hours, and [first name] still hasn't come out of the room.

Draken arrived moments ago, and he's in the room where Emma's body is. I looked at where Mikey was sitting and saw that he was in the same position that I last saw him in—his head was hanging low, and his eyes...looked so dead inside—the same eyes that [first name]-san had when I saw her crying over Emma.

I was so busy staring at Mikey that I didn't notice [first name] had already come out of the room. I flinched when I saw that she was no longer in tears, but I could still see the pain in her eyes. She stood in front of Mikey, staring at him with the same eyes that Mikey currently has. "[first name]-san.." She sat beside him with her hands inside the pockets of her jacket. "Mikey.." she said in a very empty tone. I couldn't help but look at them—seeing them mourn for their sibling is just..

so sad..

[first name] looked at him and held his hand, "It's just us now..huh.." she said in a very sad tone. Mikey stayed quiet—he didn't even move. I saw how [first name] gripped his hand tighter as she fought her tears, then she used her other hand to pull him into a tight hug. "P-Promise me that you won't leave me too, Manjiro.." [first name] sobbed. Mikey's head remained low and his eyes stayed focused on the floor. It took Mikey a few seconds to react and hug his older sister back—tears instantly formed in my eyes after I witnessed that.
