"Are you sure it's okay to see her? She might be busy."

I asked as I followed Mikey from behind. He was walking a little ahead of me. He looked over his shoulder and calmly said, "It's fine, Takemitchy." We entered the hospital and saw that there weren't much people here. "Besides, it's okay to disturb her on the job. I'm her brother." he proudly said, pointing at himself with his thumb. I just gave him a weird stare.

Then we saw [first name] from afar, wearing a white coat, and talking to a doctor. "Oh, look, there she is." said Mikey as he stopped walking. "HEY, YO! [FIRST NAME]!" Mikey yelled, waving his hands at her.

I flinched at his loud voice. I also saw [first name] flinch when Mikey yelled. Then a nurse walked past us and boringly said, "Your brother is here again, Dr. Sano."

Mikey looked at me with a bright smile on his face and said, "See! Even the nurse knows who I am!"

I slouched a little when he said that. "Probably because you're always here.." I whispered.

[first name] excused herself and bowed at the doctor that she was talking to before walking her way to us. "Manjiro..!" she tried controlling herself. "How many times do I have to tell you? Don't be too loud when you're here." she said as she placed a hand on top of his head.

"Sorry, won't happen again!" said Mikey.

[first name] shook her head in disappointment as she removed her hand from his head. Then she turned her attention to me, "Hey, Hanagaki," she smiled at me. "How are you?"

I couldn't help but smile at her in return. [first name]-san's a doctor now. She's not a street racer at night. But Mikey told me that she still does street racing as a hobby. I bowed and politely said, "I'm doing good, Dr. Sano."

She chuckled softly, "Oh, Takemichi-kun, you don't have to be too formal." she said.

I let out a nervous laugh, "Sorry, [first name]-san, I'm just really happy that you're a doctor now, unlike in the other timeli—!" Mikey cut me off by elbowing me hard in the stomach. "T-Thanks..!" I thanked Mikey for stopping me. How stupid of me to say that to [first name].

[first name] laughed. "It's all thanks to you, Takemichi-kun.." she said as she placed a hand on my shoulder. "I may not remember some of that happening in the other timeline, but I'm certain that you're the only person who's trying to save everyone in every timeline." she said.

I was stunned to hear her say that. I looked at her and saw that her eyes were like telling me that she meant every word. I could feel tears begin to form in my eyes as I stared at her. I folded my lips and shut my eyes. "T-Thank you, [first name]-san."

I heard her hum in response as she removed her hand from my shoulder. I could feel Mikey patting my back.

"Uhh..am I interrupting something?" We heard someone behind us. We all turned, and it was no stranger. And he was holding a bouquet of tulips. "I hope I'm not.." he said awkwardly.

"Ew, it's Waka." said Mikey, looking at the flowers in disgust.

I nudged him in the arm, "He can hear you..!" I whispered.

He looked at me boringly, "Do you think that I care?"

[first name] went up to him, "No, you're not." she said as she got on her toes to reach his cheek and kissed him.

I couldn't help but smile at them. I glanced at Mikey and saw that he was cringing. "Barf. Get a room." he said, not caring about Wakasa hearing him.
