I took a deep breath and exhaled, then my eyes landed on the couch. A weak smile formed on my lips when I saw the cozy-looking couch—I badly want to take a nap. I was about to plop on the couch but I heard [first name] saying,

"You done with the chores?"

I looked behind me and saw her, giving me a playful grin. I groaned in annoyance, "Yes.." I said in a low tone. She laughed and walked past me, "Great, you can rest now." she said as she sat on the couch.

Then Mikey walked in, holding a piece of paper and a pencil. "Hey, sis'. Can you help me with my math homewo-" he stopped when his eyes landed on me. He blinked, and blinked, and blinked..then he began laughing his ass off.

"What?" I raised a brow at him.

He snorted and pointed at me, "Why are you wearing an apron, big bro?!" he tried to stop laughing, but he just couldn't. "It suits you by the wa-BWAHAHAHAHA—!" he said, hugging his stomach as he continues to laugh at me.

And yes, I am wearing an apron. I didn't want to but..

..someone named [first name] said that I should while I'm cleaning...

I gave him an emotionless stare, "Yeah, yeah, laugh all you want, midget." I said to him as I took the apron off and threw it directly at his face, but he managed to dodge it..and he was still laughing at me.

Then I heard Emma's voice coming from the kitchen, "Mikey! Can I have some of your snacks?!"

Mikey flinched and turned to where our kitchen is, "WHAT?! NO WAY!" he yelled as he ran to where Emma is.

I groaned and turned to [first name], grinning at me. "How long am I gonna keep doing this?!" I yelled.

She chuckled, "Hey, don't get mad at me. You're the one who said that you'll do my chores for a month.." she said, shrugging at me. "And you still have 2 weeks.." she flashed me a teasing grin.

I gritted my teeth as I grumpily sat next to her, "I don't know why I agree with this.." I said, sitting in a very relaxed position.

I heard [first name] hum, "Well, you badly wanted me to join Black Dragon.." she said, looking up at the ceiling.

I turned my head to look at her, "By the way, how's the Third Division?" I asked, "I mean, is everyone being nice to you?"

She gave me a weak smile, "They're okay." she said in a slightly cheery tone. "I thought they'll give me a hard time and treat me like shit, but I was wrong, they're all cool." she added.

I couldn't help but look at her weirdly, "That's good, I think..?"

She looked at me, raising a brow. "Huh? What do you mean?"

Look, I'm happy that [first name]'s not having trouble with everyone in Black Dragon despite being the youngest and being the only girl..but there's one thing that I'm not really happy about...

Some of the members of Black Dragon have a crush on her, and what bothers me more is that some were sneakily flirting with her..

but [first name] has no idea about all of that.
