The woods were anything but quiet. I could hear ants, birds, and bees. I must have night furry hearing. It was a pleasant cloudy day. No light, which is good cause I'm sensitive to light. I was getting thirsty again.
"What do ya say we get some water bud?" I asked.
Toothless agreed. We walked to the river. I drank more than he did. I stopped to look at myself. I may look human, but I didn't feel it at all.
"Am I even a human?" I asked.
Toothless growled. He seemed to say that I was human. I then saw my eyes turn red. I saw my reflection begin to transform into a Lycanwing. I backed away from my reflection startled. I looked at my hands and arms. The bite mark was still fresh.
I watched as tears began to fall down to my face. I began to cry. Toothless nudged me and licked me. Didn't make me feel better because I kept crying.
"Maybe this was it. Maybe I'm stuck like this." I said.
Toothless licked me again and growled.
"Okay, okay. You're right." I said scratching his chin.
What am I gonna do? I certainty was not cheered up. Toothless seemed to get it. He broke of a small tree. Heh. It's like when I just met him. He's drawing something; though, it'll probably be scribbles. It was lots of scribbles.
I smiled at him. When he was finished he licked me again.
"Thanks bud. I needed this." I said.
"I've finally found you." I heard a unfamiliar voice behind me.
I turned around to see another man. He was wearing a black cloak and he didn't look friendly. He had scars all over his face. His hair was black and braided. He had only 1 eye. At least that was what I guessed since he had an eye-patch over his right eye. I recognized the man's odor. It smelled familiar.
He approached me. Toothless growled at him. He's basically saying stay away from me or him.
"Relax. I should be your friend." He said.
"Why do you smell familiar?" I asked.
"I should smell familiar. Remember the Northern Markets?" He asked.
It suddenly hit me.
"You. You're the Lycanwing! You did this to me!" I yelled.
"Guilty as charged." He smiled.
