"Son, I know you're worried. But we're gonna figure this out." Stoick said.
Worried wouldn't even begin to pierce the surface. There's nothing to figure out. I will never be cured. Ragnar told me.
"Worried is putting it too nicely." I said.
"Fishlegs any luck?" Heather asked.
"No, there's nothing in Berks papers or the Book of Dragons. Don't worry Hiccup, I'll find a cure." Fishlegs said.
"Hiccup word of advice. Don't jump of a cliff because someone will stop you." Tuffnut said looking at Ruffnut.
"What do you mean? I saved your life." Ruffnut said.
"I know that." Tuffnut said.
"Okay, can we focus?" Astrid said.
Gobber and Gothi walked in.
"Gothi did you find anything?" Astrid asked.
"Gothi says she's still trying to figure out how to heal the bite mark and get rid of your cruise." Gobber translated.
Gothi hit him with her staff. She really needs to find a better way on how to tell Gobber it's wrong.
"Ow. Curse." Gobber said.
"Any other ideas on how to heal the bite-mark?" Heather asked.
"I have one. Use mud." Tuffnut said.
I looked at him. There was no way I can bring myself to tell them about what I learned.
"Once I had a pretty nasty boar bite. It was Ruff's fault. Anyway I decided to jump in a mud hole, don't ask me why I have no idea, but the mud made my bite bark heal faster." Tuffnut said.
"Okay, any other real ideas?" Heather asked.
"That's a real idea." Tuffnut muttered.
I couldn't listen to them anymore. I had to go before things get out of hand.
"Hiccup where are you going? We're still figuring out the curse." Astrid said.
"I need some fresh air." I said holding back my tears.
"Fresh air! That could help." Tuffnut said.
"It probably wont. Oooh how about yack butter?" Ruffnut said.
"Those two ideas won't work." Heather said.
I had to leave. My emotions kept bubbling up.
"We have to think of something." Fishlegs said.
Astrid put her hand on my shoulder.
"Don't worry we'll figure it out. You will be cured. I promise." Astrid said.
I couldn't hold back anymore. I had to tell them. I had too.
"Umm.. about that-" I started sitting down.
"What is it?" Astrid asked.
"I've recently learned that the bite-mark will never heal and that I'm stuck cursed forever." I said.
