Chapter 10

Tayln's pov
*5 years later*
The last 5 years have been okay I guess apart from us being sued and not being to legally be ghostbusters anymore, me and egon has moved into a apartment together and without fail have had a date on the first day of every month at least. I have recently being feeling a little sick but didn't think much of it till one day while i was bring Egon his lunch at work I threw up just as I was getting the building so once I had dropped the food off I went to a clinic to check something and I finally knew what it was. I was so nervous now and I knew of only one person I could talk to about this but that would wait till another time as right now I'm helping Egon out at his job when Dana had come over and explained what had happened with her baby carriage.

Oh that must of been so scary to see "went right out into the middle of traffic and I started really running after it and it just suddenly stopped right in the middle of the street" she says. Egon gave a little nod "mmm-hmm and did anyone else see this happen?" He asked looking at some readings "well sure hundreds of people, I didn't imagine this" Dana says. I had been taking a few notes just incase "not saying you did its just in science we always look for the simplest explanation" says "is Oscar okay?" I asked "yes he's fine" Dana says with a bit of a smile. I know the baby's name since I occasionally babysit for Dana since we're still friend and all "we're ready Dr Spengler" another coworker says "good, we'll start with negative calibration" egon says. We go up to a window that was just a two way mirror designed for these kinds of tests.

In the other room there was a couple "what are you working on Egon?" Dana asked "I'm trying to determine whether human emotions actually affect the physical environment, it's a theory Ray & I had when we were still ghostbusters" he says. I remember hearing him and Ray talking about that before "can they see us?" Dana asked "no, they think their here for marriage counseling" I say and yet again the thought of marriage was in my brain. Lately I've been thinking about what it would be like of me & Egon actually git married but of course I never Brough it up incase it wireded him out "we kept them waiting for two & half hours and I've been gradually increasing the temperature in room its up to 95 degrees at the moment" egon says.

Egon's assistant is in the room "now my assistant is asking if they'd mind waiting another half hour" egon says and he gets good results "so what do you think?, I mean about the carriage" Dana as we move over to the next part of the tests. In this room it was filled with children's toys & a little girl was happily playing "well I'd like to bring Ray in on this if you don't mind" he says "sure whatever you think but not Venkman" Dana says "don't worry we won't tell him" I reassured her. She gave me a thankful smile "do you ever see him?" Dana asked "occasionally" Egon says "how is he these days?" She asked "Peter? Well he was boredline for a while then he crossed the border" I say.

Dana asked if Peter mentions her and Egon says no using his litter device to take readings and I gave him a playfully slap on the arm "well we didn't part on very good terms and then we sort of lost track of eachother after I got married" Dana says. A coworker walked up "we're ready for the effection test" she says "good send in the puppy" egon says as she walks off again "I thought of getting in touch with him after my marriage ended but...." Dana stops talking once she sees a person handing the little girl a puppy "isn't that sweet?" Dana asked. I had been smiling "it's adorable" I say "I appreciate you doing this" she says "try not to worry" egon says then we said goodbye as Dana went home.
